Customer service is practically zeroYou fill out their ticket via email for any question or problem you may have then you wait 72hrsAt that time I would get a round about response asking for the same info I had already sent them which was generated by their system anyway so why do they need it from me againThen you wait another 72hrsAnd mind you this is only mon thru fri that counts so if your lucky your getting emails a week on the subject They exhaust the customer this way until they throw their hands upF IT!
