In response to claim [redacted] this unit was received in InteliSol 11/29/for the display errorTechnician initially determined to be the LCD fail and ordered new LCD assembly for the fix this unitThis unit was repaired with replacing LCD assembly the product through Samsung on 11/30/The replaced LCD assembly comes from the [redacted] Parts Center as genuine [redacted] service part On behalf of Intelisol, I would sincerely like to apologize for the inconvenience and I will do everything possible to try to expedite the complaint of the unit for the customer I have also taken steps and implemented new procedures to prevent these issues from happening in the future as well
