Intelius keeps all customers’ billing information secured and encrypted. The billing information is unable to be seen in the system and it is truncated for security. Unfortunately, the billing information is unable to be removed Ms*** account has been disabled. This
means that her account can no longer be accessed by logging in.The People Search Membership was canceled on 11/17/2015. There will be no future membership charges.We appreciate your cooperation is resolving this issue and apologize for any inconvenience

I respectfully request Intelius to remove my credit card detail as a matter of choice by the client; I did not purchase any product or service and by what right or regulatory statute is this detail retained?
It’s time people of America to stand up for their right’s and say no to corporations and it appears time to escalate this issue to my local Senator, State or Oregon and Washington Attorney General and the like

Intelius customers are presented with a two tier pricing structure when purchasing reports on the Intelius website. They have the option of paying the full price, or a discounted promotional price which includes a 7-Day Pass of the Intelius Premier Plus Membership. When a customer
selects the promotional price, they presented the benefits of the membership and the terms and conditions of the offer, including billing. By choosing to proceed with the purchase at the promotional price, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of the promotional offer.In this case, the promotional offer was accepted and the Intelius Premier Plus 7-Day pass was activated As requested, the Intelius Premier Plus Membership was canceled on 9/15/and a refund was issued for the total amount of $119.80. The refund will appear on Mr*** statement ($29.95x4) in one of the next two billing cycles, depending on the closing date.
