deliver the information services ordered by its customers. The information provided is gathered from selected public records and other publicly available informationThe data is compiled into a comprehensive database record that Intelius maintains with active updates from its sources. Due to the nature of public records, however, Intelius cannot warrant the information provided is always current, complete, or accurate. We are in receipt of the consumer complaint filed by Mr***.Intelius customers are presented with a two-tier pricing structure when purchasing reports on the Intelius website. They have the option of paying the full price, or a discounted promotional price which includes a 7-Day Pass of
the Intelius Premier Plus Membership. When a customer selects the promotional price, they are presented the benefits of the membership and the terms of service of the offer, including billing. By choosing to proceed with the purchase at the promotional price, the customer agrees to the terms of service of the promotional offer.In this case, the promotional offer was accepted and the Intelius Premier Plus 7-Day Pass was activated According to our records, the Intelius Premier Plus Membership was canceled online on August 4, 2017. Per the terms of service, which Mr*** agreed to when he purchased the discounted People Search Report, Intelius has a no refund policy. However, as a courtesy, the charge of $for the 7-Day Pass was refunded on August 15, 2017. The refund will appear on Mr***’s statement in one of the next two billing cycles, depending on the closing date.Since Mr***’s Intelius Premier Plus Membership is canceled, no subscription charges are currently associated with his Intelius account and no further membership charges will occur unless Mr*** proactively signs up for a subscription membership plan sometime in the future.We appreciate your cooperation in resolving this matter and apologize for any inconvenience

Therefore my name needs to be removed from any association with her whatsoever! *** *** needs to be removed from the text description for *** ***! ASAP! Similar issue with the *** *** ***, search result directly after *** *** as described aboveIn the text description it clearly states I'm his relativeI'm NOT! *** *** needs to be removed from the text description for *** *** *** Intelius! ASAP! I sent numerous emails to Intelius directly to Intelius as per my Revdex.com complaintINTELIUS NEVER REPLIED TO ANY OF MY NUMEROUS EMAILSHow dare they deny this! promotional price, they are presented the benefits of the membership and the terms and conditions of the offer, including billing. By choosing to proceed with the purchase at the promotional price, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of the promotional offer.In this case, the promotional offer was accepted and the Intelius Premier Trial was activated As requested, the Intelius Premier Membership was canceled on 9/1/2016. Intelius has a no refund policy. However, as a courtesy, the last twelve months of charges which total $were refunded. We are declining Mr***’s request for additional charges to be refunded. The charges which have been refunded will appear on Mr***’s statement ($19.95x12) in one of the next two billing cycles, depending on the closing date. selects the promotional price, they are presented the benefits of the membership and the terms and conditions of the offer, including billing The terms and conditions of the Intelius Premier Plus promotional offer, including the billing details, are presented multiple times during the purchase process. Once a user selects a specific price point, the billing details are shown in the order summary, which is viewable on each page of the checkout process. On the final page of the checkout process, the billing details of the promotional offer are presented again and the user must affirmatively check a box next to these details in order complete the purchase. If the billing details are not accepted, the promotional offer is removed and the cost of the report will return to its full price. Additionally, after a purchase is completed with the promotional offer, the customer will receive a pand a welcome email for Intelius Premier Plus, which reiterates the billing details. There are multiple methods available to customers for cancelling their Intelius Premier Plus Membership. Customers can log into their account and cancel from the “My Account” section of their Intelius Premier Plus Membership or they can call or email Customer Care for assistance By choosing to proceed with the purchase at the promotional price, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of the promotional offer In this case, the promotional offer was accepted and the Intelius Premier Plus 7-Day Pass was activated As requested, the Intelius Premier Plus Membership was canceled on 11/15/2016. On 11/18/2016, we stopped the charge of $for the Intelius Premier Plus 7-Day Pass. Mr*** will only be charged $for the Phone Report. No future membership charges will occur. We appreciate your cooperation in resolving this matter and apologize for any inconvenience
