Intellectual Point

I am very impressed with the way Intellectual Point provides PMP Training. They break down the content of the material and make it easier for their students to understand and grasp the Lower-level stuff. I would recommend Intellectual Point for PMP Training, and I plan to take more IT training from them to keep myself up to date and competitive to meet market demand. I found the Trainer very knowledgeable and materials provided very helpful to crack the exam.

I just wanted to thank you Mr. Prem Ji for all your efforts and teachings. It was a pleasure attending your class and not only learned a lot, I also very much enjoyed your class. After three weeks of attending the class, I was able to take my Security+ exam and it was completed with positive outcome. I scored much higher then the passing grade and I was able to PASS the test. Intellectual Point and more specifically, Prem, ran an excellent class in preparing to take the Security + SY0-501 exam. Professional and well-informed of the content. I passed with a 794 on my first go around and would not have been able to achieve this without his excellent teaching style. Intellectual Point has played an important role in my 6 years IT career. Prem and his team helped me with training materials for my CHFI,CEH and Security + exams which I passed on first attempts.I would definitely recommend this place for all your IT Certification training needs.

I find them to be the best training school in the Northern Virginia. I attended ITIL, CEH, and CIPT training here at Intellectual Point. I also used their exam center for the ITIL, CEH, and the Service Now System Administrator certification exams. They are very easy to get to, with off-street parking, and a wonderful course schedule. I am so glad they offer weekend training, so I do not have to miss workdays. Rami and Prem are excellent instructors, and teach the material in ways you can relate to, and remember. The staff is totally supportive and helpful. I always have my emails answered, before a course, and even after, if I have questions about getting the final accreditor certificates. I plan on taking more courses there, the next one being CISSP.

This is definitely my most favorite Cyber Security Training, Institute and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to get/improve in Cyber Security/ Networking/ Information technology fields. The owners are very caring people and genuinely care about student success. Mr. Prem and other instructors are extremely experienced and the training are very hands on. What I like the most is how the material we learn is related to the real world. it clearly shows the importance of it and it keeps me interested. to be honest, people think 8 hours classes are long but the instructors here do a great job in making sure that students are not bored. They provide students with a lot of guidance and resources to succeed. The ball here is always in your court, if you work hard, you will succeed and excel in your career.

It is a great place t learn about new update technologies around and have hands-on learning. Prem is not only a technology officer to find solutions in the real IT world but also a problem solver in the real world for students or IT professionals who are struggling with certifications and trainings. I highly recommend Intellectual Point an institution of higher learning of par excellence. I am a proud student who matriculated through their PMP/CAPM course (40-hours) and completed the course on November 3, 2018. The instructor and staff were very engaging, high energy, and created an atmosphere that is conducive for learning. The team was very supportive after I completed my CAPM course. They also provided the students with review sessions. With support and determination, I passed the CAPM exam above target on February 3, 2019. Omg! I can say so much about this program and the staff. But I would end up writing a book. Everything is world class. The staff is outstanding and great people who sees to it that your educational needs are met.
The owner and the instructor, Prem. What can I say about this man? I will just keep it simple and say that he is a class act. He goes beyond the call of duty for his students. He is genuine and sincere about the success of his students. He is always that to help you and any and every which way possible. I plan to take as many cert classes that I can take with him. He is truly a phenomenal instructor! I would recommend anyone to him.

Issue #1:
I took a ITIL Foundation course at Intellectual Point. The president Prem J was the Instructor. The class was 3 days, Tuesday Nov 20, Wednesday Nov 21 and Monday Nov 26. I went to the first two classes, after which he said we were ready to dive in to his 445 practice questions to practice for the certification exam. When I was doing the practice questions on Nov 23-25, I noticed that many of the questions pertained to subject matter in ITIL the instructor did not cover in the class and was not covered in the course materials, such as design coordination, Transition planning and support, business management relationship and aspects of remediation planning. I emailed Prem about this, and he said he would discuss it in the last class.

I then went to Prem's final ITIL class on Monday November 26 where we were to do review questions for the exam. When I brought up this issue of many of his practice exam questions pertained to subject matter not covered by his class, Prem exploded at me and started yelling at me in front of the other students. He said that if I do not like it, that I should get up and leave his class right now and go to another school. Because of the money tied up in his class ($999), I chose not to leave.

Issue #2:

At about 12 noon on Sunday December 2, I called Intellectual Point to see if I could show up and take the ITIL exam. They said Yes. As a result, I drove over to their Reston office and arrived at about 1PM to take the ITIL certification exam. They recommended I first take a practice exam, which I did, and scored 48/50 or 96%. Then, I asked to be set up for the real thing. They refused. First, they accommodated many other test takers who arrived after me. After all of that, they refused to let me take the certification exam. Everyone else got to take their exam but me. I was there over an hour, but could not sit for the exam. I asked why am I being singled out, and they (Rakesh & Mani) would not give me an answer.

This is one of the best IT Training Center ! Very professional, affordable and they really care about your success ! Intellectual Point instructors and team go above and beyond to make sure you succeed in your career ! They not only have the best professional hands on training but also assist you with job placement ! I am going to take many more trainings here and highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional IT training in Cyber Security, Big Data, Cloud Computing and Project Management.

My complain is about the method of teaching and the wasting of time during the training. I have paid a lot of money for training and I don't feel like I got adequate training to prepare me to take the security plus certificaation. Everything that was thought in the class was not on the exam.
I totally wasted my money and time and Prem doesn't get it. I don't have money to waste
