Hi I received your complaint regarding[redacted] and my response is that [redacted] contacted me in June of this year about a small leak in a window at his property in [redacted] . We were contracted to build a cottage for...
[redacted] in 2012 and completed it in the spring of 2012 . We provided a 1 year warranty at the time for material and labour for defects that occurred during the first year .a third party[redacted] warranty was issued for an additional 6 years that covered major structural defects . When[redacted] contacted me in June I informed him that the one year warranty had expired 3 years ago but if I was ever in the area I didn't mind dropping by to take a look to see if I could see why it has leaked . Unfortunately I have been working in the [redacted] area this summer and I have not been in the area and it would be a 4 hour round trip out of my way to go there . My offer still stands in that if and when I am close to the area and I can still drop by and take a look . Redden Brothers Dev Ltd has been in business for 53 years and this is our first complaint from the Revdex.com . [redacted]
