I am so happy I chose IntelliHome to update my HVAC and roof!! Their home evaluation was easy to understand and thankfully not sales-y at all. From day one, everyone I worked with was extremely professional and knowledgeable. They actually take pride in their work and seem to truly enjoy what they do. The roofing team worked quickly despite record high temperatures in the desert, and followed up to make sure the new system was fully operational with no leaks and that I was comfortable. They were considerate of my home and pets during the installation and always kept me updated on the progress. Kay and the rest of the office staff handled all the paperwork, including the permitting with the city, and made sure I got my rebate from the electric company. They were able to secure low-interest financing for the whole project which would have cost me more otherwise. It's so much easier to deal with one company that can take care of everything seamlessly at the same time instead of using 2 different contractors for the roof and HVAC. Intelli-Home is a first-rate company and I highly recommend them to anyone needing to maximize the efficiency of their home energy system while saving money. My utility bill has stayed almost the same while the air quality and comfort of my home has tripled.

They came out to evaluate my home for energy efficiency and as I suspected my home was not up too par. I tried to have my Home Warranty work on this issue last year, but the contractor kept insisting that I needed to hire a contractor and make sure that he had a skinny employee on staff.
Well Intelli-HOME Energy ended up being a savior. With the evaluation it was determined that my bedroom alone was receiving 1/4 of the air conditioner air flow. No wonder last summer I froze and my roommates we over heated.
They came in and determined that the previous owners contractor had left the old ducts in the attic from the remodel and Intelli-HOME Energy removed both sets of ducts and put in new ducting work along with more insulation.
The true test comes in this summer when the heat is on and how cool will the house stay and keep my energy cost down.

We had these folks give us an energy audit (free service!) and wow I had no idea! We were spending thousands each year on inefficient systems (our cooling and insulation being the worst).
After the assessment they broke down the data to show us exactly where we were losing money by paying way too much to SoCal Edison from these bad systems we had.
We ended up getting new HVAC, ducts, insulation in the attic crawl space and new double pane windows. We always thought we needed solar to get our bill down but they showed us that in fact solar wasn't the best option for our home and use.
We're very happy with the results and seven months later are paying much less overall AND we can now turn down the A/C to be comfy and not stress about our bill.

Intellihome did a test on my home, walked me through the entire process and explained everything they were doing. They showed me the results (good bad and ugly) and how much I was spending on energy because my home was inefficient-it was like my home was sick in a way.
They helped me get rebates from IID to that paid for part of the improvements I decided to go with.
Two months later my bills are cheaper but more importantly my home is so much more comfortable and we don't feel like were going to be miserable when the heat hits!
