Hello - We understand this customer's frustration, however we did honor our warranty which provides a free replacement of the screen protector The customer sent photos that clearly show the damage occurred on the edge of the phone Often when a device drops the flex of the frame itself can break a screen even if it's not directly hit.Our warranty clearly states that it covers the screen protector only In this case the customer was offered a free replacement and she was refunded on her purchase Thank you, [redacted] ***intelliARMOR Support

Hello -
I am contacting you regarding the above mentioned complaint. This complaint is regarding an international order that was lost in transit from the United States to Mainland China. The order was sent with tracking, however it was lost once the package left the United States. Because the shipment was lost, we credited the customer with a full refund. The customer has since reordered and setup his shipment to go to a relative in Oregon instead of going overseas. This new shipment has now been delivered
The refund was credited to the customer prior to his Revdex.com complaint and this matter has been resolved

Through the mail order , I asked how long customers can receive the parcel ! Customers answer I 6-business days ! In days, I did not receive the parcel ! Again ask customer service ! Get a commitment to customer service to me by *** delivery service
! A day later, I asked whether there was sent! Customer service said *** shipping price is too high ! Reluctant to implement commitments ! And unauthorized operation cancel my order ! Review: I was single at the site to buy goods ! But the goods have not served in accordance with the customer service said time period ! Commitment to customer service with the new [redacted] to send me ! Then one day I said [redacted] Freight answer too ! Unwilling as promised and then given secretly shipped back under my orders ! In the E-mail contact is no longer reply to me!Desired Settlement: Privately released immediately restore order !
