Review: Contracted with Intellifilm to install window film throughout the home. After a period of time (per directions from the company), there were installation issues with many of the windows. Specifically dirt/dust under the film which distorted the view outside the window. The sales rep, [redacted], visited the house in December 2012 to inspect the windows and verbally agreed that they needed to be corrected. After several weeks of no follow up, we contacted him. He responded that he had submitted the warranty paperwork to 3M. We waited a further few weeks, with no contact. We followed up again. [redacted] claimed ** lost the paperwork over the holidays. We've been back and forth in similar communication fashion, and then recently [redacted] stopped responding to my emails. I have a ** warranty that has not been honored for service/product issues.Desired Settlement: I would like the window film issues corrected by replacing each of the window film installations that are defective.
