Customer ***, has subscribed to recived deliveries every months after purchasing a $trial on August 24th 2017.We do no't have any records of him contacting the company to cancel, until after he received a notification with his tracking number information on Oct 25th 2017.Customer received product to his shipping address, product needed to be returned in order to obtain a refund.After all we issued a full refund to him on February 8th without returning the product
The customer was issued a replacement for the original order, basically he received orders for the price of 1, we did reply with a question regarding how can we help and no answer was provided by the customer

The customer was issued a refund and the subscription had been cancelled when he requested. We also let the customer keep the box of coffee for free. No further action can be taken at this point, we have done all that we could.

due to the due to the limited choices offered by the Revdex.com and their form here I am using the most appropriate possible to provide the public with information regarding this ridiculous transaction. Yes at this point five weeks after complaining to the Revdex.com and a few months after originally complaining to them the company I received a refund. There is no coffee as my original complaint states to the Revdex.com and I told these people by email months ago I received a box of what can only be described as office trash. That was after I complained to the company about the fact that they would not allow me to cancel my subscription as is both legal and that they supposedly claimed as possible. Obviously this scam company makes money by getting people to keep your subscriptions erroneously. I complained nicely many times and then finally demanded them to cancel my subscription and refund my money for the illegal shipment of garbage but they absolutely refused, were snotty, refuse to escalate to management, and bragged about the fact that I could go to my bank or credit card and complain they didn't care. Shame on you! You should go out of business.

Hello,We have issued refund for the 3 orders as requested. We also updated our records to show the new shipping address for this customer.
The customer was issued a replacement for the original order, basically he received 2 orders for the price of 1, we did reply with a question regarding how can we help and no answer was provided by the customer.
