Good afternoon, Intelligent Energy has reviewed [redacted] concerns and determined the following: ·         11/13/2015 – Account was created based on [redacted] notification customer wanted to establish natural gas service with us....

·         11/16/2015 – Intelligent Energy mailed welcome documents. Those documents provided for customer to rescind if they changed their mind regarding services. No notification to cancel was received at that time. ·         1/1/2016 – [redacted] completed switch of account to Intelligent Energy. Billing was completed through [redacted] billing. ·         1/27/2016 – [redacted] contacted Intelligent Energy stating she wanted to cancel as she was not advised by [redacted] about having account enrolled with Intelligent Energy. A drop request was sent to [redacted] that day. ·         2/29/2016 – [redacted] completed switch of account away from Intelligent Energy. Intelligent Energy regrets any misunderstanding that occurred however [redacted] information was provided to us by [redacted] presumably with [redacted] authorization. Additionally, Intelligent Energy did provide separate mailed notification that a switch was to occur but could be cancelled by the customer if they changed their decision. Once [redacted] notified us she wanted the account cancelled a drop request was sent the same day to [redacted] and they completed our request 2/29/2016. Intelligent Energy has no control over the timeframe in which [redacted] switches an account away. For time Intelligent Energy billed the account through [redacted] covering the period from 1/1/2016 – 2/29/2016, [redacted] used 5 therms and was charged $2.93 for that usage.  We spoke with [redacted] 3/9/2016 who contacted us to ensure the early termination fee was removed, which it was that day. No further charges will be billed and the account is closed. The account information would only be maintained for archival/historical record purposes and not be used in any other way.
