Hello,I just received notification of complaint ***Apparently your contact information went to our spam folder on the case.I did,
however, originally respond to this complaint and state that this person was NEVER a client and we have not heard of them. Let me reiterate- '*** ***' was never a client, and the case is CLEARLY made up because the amount of "9700.00" was not something we would have charged a client prior to November of The description in the fake complaint mentions "six months" which would put the alleged complaint as starting when we would have charge a maximum of for a patentThe complaint also states information that appears to be totally gleaned off our website.In other words, someone went on our website, read our prices and created this complaintIt is not physically possible for it to be accurate due to the pricing change, and we have never worked with a "*** ***." Also, as the complaint reads the person would not have been a client in the first place if they refused to pay our feesSo it does not make sense.Please remove the complaint and correct our rating, or we will submit a defamation lawsuit against the Revdex.com for allowing a complaint to be publicly posted and change our previous A+ rating to the current C+ rating I now see.Thanks!Dak-- Intelligent Patent Services *** ***

We have never had a *** *** as a clientAnd, as I mentioned, the facts of their case are impossibleWe have never charged a client dollarsThe dispute mentions 'six months' timeline, six months ago the most we had charged for a patent was dollarsThe dollar mark is, however, the highest amount listed on our website
In other words, this complaint is FAKE, generated by someone reading off of our websiteWe will sue the Revdex.com for defamation if it is not immediately removed

I would be happy to provide emails with full headers showing all the correspondence I've had with Dak S[redacted], including the emails that are directly tied to my complaint.
