Intelligent Service Inc was contracted and paid in advance to repair a clothes dryerThe technician (Jeovani ***) assigned to my case no-showed numerous scheduled appointmentsHe ignored my calls, voicemails, and text messages inquiring when he would arriveI called the office multiple times per no-show and each time I was told it would be investigated and I would receive a call backAfter never having my call returned, I would call back just to have a future appointment scheduledThis went on multiple times over the course of three weeks until it was decided to dispute the charge with the credit card company based on failure to deliver on service renderedEven after I gave up on attempting to have a technician fulfill an appointment, I never heard back from the company to address my issueFurthermore, an investigation of the technician assigned to my order proved that he was a gang banger who freely flaunted it on social mediaThis is not someone I would feel comfortable visiting my house, nor should anyone else

I am rejecting this response because: when I signed the invoice, the TOTAL was $ Nowhere on the invoice did the $charge indicate it was an additional charge In addition, the technician verbally committed the part would be
delivered within day and then I could schedule for repair Again, nowhere on the invoice was 12-business days communicated I would not have agreed to the service had this information been provided Finally, the company ignored all calls for weeks to answer questions regarding the billing and the scheduling A simple phone conversation could have resolved all of this I disputed the charges because the company did not fulfill the commitments on the invoice All I want from the company is to agree the labor and service charges for $were not completed and no longer justifiable I will agree to pay the $charge as that was a service inspection fee and that was completed

I don't recommend Had an appointment for Friday morning First it was going to be close to 12, then I called and it would be later, then he couldn't make it at all because he got delayed at customer site Okay Set for Monday morning I was first on list between 8-(if I am first, why not just 8am? I should have asked.) I called them several times on Monday between 8-9:to get a better idea of when he would be here No person answered, mailbox full At 9:I get a call saying the guy's car was in the shop and he couldn't make it! I wasted too much time waiting for this rinky-dink operation to show up Use this company only if you have a lot of free time and nothing to do

All liesI called several times over the last months in which they claimed they didn't have the part?? Then finally they claimed the part came in early March...schedule another visit for their tech to come out in which they never didAfter several more
calls to the company, they claimed they would need to send another tech out to diagnose the issue and reorder the partThis part never came in their hands in the first placeYes, I was originally told 10-business days as they just mentioned...not monthsSecondly, I was never told by the tech that their was a $charge just to come outThe tech indicated this would be the deposit for the part on order I asked several times to speak to the company owner regarding this situation in which he never called backOnly now after contacting the Revdex.com he decides to respond with lies? My family and I feel cheated and stressed by this companyThe only way to make this right is to refund our money( very least they can do) and Mail our part to our home that we been waiting for over months now( also free of charge would be the least they can do to make this right).

We contacted a company in Oak Park, IL., who advertised as a [redacted] repair service for stoves.
We contacted this company and were told there would be a $59.99 service charge for the service persons visit. This service charge would be deducted from the bill upon repair.When the repair person showed up, an hour past their 3 hr window, we told him the problem.
The repair person told us the problem, that he had a "BAKE IGNITER' and could fix it. After the repair, THE FIRST TIME WE APPROVED THE REPAIR OR SAW THE ESTIMATE, HE CHARGED us $473.00 minus the $59.99 for $413.00.
WE felt this was excessive and that the $59.99 was also PADDED IN THE BILL!
The repair person also gave us a DIFFERENT BUSINESS CARD TO CALL IN THE FUTURE!
DENNIS< INTELLIGENT SERVICES contacted us a half hour later, asking if the repair person showed up, and if WE COULD TAKE A PICTURE OF THE BILL AND TEXT THEM WITH IT. WE IMMEDIATELY THREW UP RED FLAGS!!
WE told DENNIS AND JEANETTE ABOUT THE EXCESSIVE COSTS...WE HAVE NEVER HEARD FROM THEM. WE CALLED FOR A WEEK and got VM or their mailbox was full. WE are contesting their charges with our CC co.
WE contacted [redacted] APPLIANCE for an estimate after, and [redacted] was significantly less EXPENSIVE.

It's literally all in the name, "Intelligent Services". My fiance and I had hands-down the most satisfying experience ever. Intelligent services waqar and plez arrived promptly at the appointment time & called 30 minutes beforehand to announce their arrival. He was very personable and extremely knowledgeable. We explained the problem and he dove right in without hesitation. He talked to us through every step of the way and in a manner that a layman could easily understand. All in all an amazing experience. Their level of customer service is unparalleled from beginning to end. And it's that type of customer service along with Intelligent services waqar and plez that will having us going back and recommending their business to friends, family & co-workers in surrounding areas of Illinois & Indiana.

Service man came out to repair a leak in my [redacted] Neptune front loader on 2/11/2016. Repairs included cleaned off seal and adjusted door, applied sealant on door. In the process of cleaning up the water that was on the floor, I found a screw and gave it to the repairman. He was here 15 mins. and charged me $150.00, plus a $65 appointment hold fee charged by [redacted] Berwyn, IL [redacted].I asked the repairman how much do you charge an hour his reply was $169.00 for the call, does not matter how long the repair took. I argued with his manager over the phone who reduced to fee to $150.00 After a 2nd time of completing my laundry 2/23/2016, the machine began to leak again, same place, so I called to complain and was told the repairman could not come out that day but was available 2/25/2016 between 4-6pm. I left 2 messages on the 25th, asking where and why the repairman would show. And then I waited, no show, no call, and no response from Intelligent until the following day after 11 am which I had to call and ask what happened. He had no answer and said he would get back to me. I then called [redacted] Appliances who informed me there would be no charge and he would contact Intelligent. After 2 hours, Intelligent called me to inform me this would be a new service call and I would be charged for the service. I then called [redacted] Appliances, who explained there would be no trip fee of $65.00, but I would be charge parts and labor. I asked how much is your labor he replied it depends on the job, I then informed him that the original repairman told me they charge $169/hr, his reply was that is incorrect. He then gave me the managers' name Hanna who I called and left a message to coordinate a time for their repairman, still waiting for a call back. In the mean time, my husband called [redacted] appliances and explained what was going on, and he explained there was only 3 places the machine could be leaking from, one place was the door, the screws could be loose. I inspected and to my amaze, 2 screws were stripped and one was missing. I went to the hardware store and purchased 4 screws, I extra just in case, and fixed the machine myself. 5 hours later, still no call back from Intelligent. My advise, don't use either company.

I received refrigerator repairs by Intelligent Services this week. I loved the price and work. I am very pleased. Will use them again

Called 3 days ago to get my washing machine fixed. They were supposed to come out that day but called and said they couldn't due to the part store not having the part we needed. 2nd day comes around and they are supposed to grab the part and show up, but weren't able to get the part due to it being "delayed". 3rd day comes around (today) and they gave me a window from 9am-11am. Never showed up... called to complain and they said they had me scheduled from 12pm-3pm. That's not what I was originally told the day prior. Was complaining to customer service and they said they will have someone there at 12pm. 12pm comes and goes...
Don't deal with a company that hangs a carrot in front of you and doesn't actually help and keeps tagging you along.

I just got my oven repaired by intelligent services. They had the part in stock and price was great. Will recommend them and use them in near future.

I want to start of saying that I had wonderful service from intelligent services. but the company I originally booked from was [redacted] which they had terrible service wrong address, thank god intelligent services call 30 minutes before arriving to let me know they were on their way to the address that [redacted] gave them,. that when I found out it was wrong address but the technician still came out to the correct address also [redacted] booking agent told me lies they do not have technician they have contracts with other appliance company in illinois. I will not do service with them. I will call intelligent service direct
