I received refrigerator repairs by Intelligent Services this weekI loved the price and workI am very pleasedWill use them again

It's literally all in the name, "Intelligent Services"My fiance and I had hands-down the most satisfying experience everIntelligent services waqar and plez arrived promptly at the appointment time & called minutes beforehand to announce their arrivalHe was very personable and extremely knowledgeableWe explained the problem and he dove right in without hesitationHe talked to us through every step of the way and in a manner that a layman could easily understandAll in all an amazing experienceTheir level of customer service is unparalleled from beginning to endAnd it's that type of customer service along with Intelligent services waqar and plez that will having us going back and recommending their business to friends, family & co-workers in surrounding areas of Illinois & Indiana

I want to start of saying that I had wonderful service from intelligent servicesbut the company I originally booked from was [redacted] which they had terrible service wrong address, thank god intelligent services call minutes before arriving to let me know they were on their way to the address that [redacted] gave them,that when I found out it was wrong address but the technician still came out to the correct address also [redacted] booking agent told me lies they do not have technician they have contracts with other appliance company in illinois I will not do service with themi will call intelligent service direct

Service man came out to repair a leak in my [redacted] Neptune front loader on 2/11/Repairs included cleaned off seal and adjusted door, applied sealant on doorIn the process of cleaning up the water that was on the floor, I found a screw and gave it to the repairman He was here minsand charged me $150.00, plus a $appointment hold fee charged by [redacted] Berwyn, IL [redacted] .I asked the repairman how much do you charge an hour his reply was $for the call, does not matter how long the repair tookI argued with his manager over the phone who reduced to fee to $ After a 2nd time of completing my laundry 2/23/2016, the machine began to leak again, same place, so I called to complain and was told the repairman could not come out that day but was available 2/25/between 4-6pmI left messages on the 25th, asking where and why the repairman would show And then I waited, no show, no call, and no response from Intelligent until the following day after am which I had to call and ask what happenedHe had no answer and said he would get back to me I then called [redacted] Appliances who informed me there would be no charge and he would contact IntelligentAfter hours, Intelligent called me to inform me this would be a new service call and I would be charged for the serviceI then called [redacted] Appliances, who explained there would be no trip fee of $65.00, but I would be charge parts and laborI asked how much is your labor he replied it depends on the job, I then informed him that the original repairman told me they charge $169/hr, his reply was that is incorrectHe then gave me the managers' name Hanna who I called and left a message to coordinate a time for their repairman, still waiting for a call backIn the mean time, my husband called [redacted] appliances and explained what was going on, and he explained there was only places the machine could be leaking from, one place was the door, the screws could be looseI inspected and to my amaze, screws were stripped and one was missingI went to the hardware store and purchased screws, I extra just in case, and fixed the machine myselfhours later, still no call back from IntelligentMy advise, don't use either company

We contacted a company in Oak Park, IL., who advertised as a [redacted] repair service for stovesWe contacted this company and were told there would be a $service charge for the service persons visitThis service charge would be deducted from the bill upon repair.When the repair person showed up, an hour past their hr window, we told him the problemThe repair person told us the problem, that he had a "BAKE IGNITER' and could fix itAfter the repair, THE FIRST TIME WE APPROVED THE REPAIR OR SAW THE ESTIMATE, HE CHARGED us $minus the $for $WE felt this was excessive and that the $was also PADDED IN THE BILL! The repair person also gave us a DIFFERENT BUSINESS CARD TO CALL IN THE FUTURE! DENNIS< INTELLIGENT SERVICES contacted us a half hour later, asking if the repair person showed up, and if WE COULD TAKE A PICTURE OF THE BILL AND TEXT THEM WITH ITWE IMMEDIATELY THREW UP RED FLAGS!! WE told DENNIS AND JEANETTE ABOUT THE EXCESSIVE COSTS...WE HAVE NEVER HEARD FROM THEMWE CALLED FOR A WEEK and got VM or their mailbox was full WE are contesting their charges with our CC coWE contacted [redacted] APPLIANCE for an estimate after, and [redacted] was significantly less EXPENSIVE

I just got my oven repaired by intelligent servicesThey had the part in stock and price was greatWill recommend them and use them in near future
