Complaint: ***All liesI called several times over the last months in which they claimed they didn't have the part?? Then finally they claimed the part came in early March...schedule another visit for their tech to come out in which they never didAfter several more calls to the company,
they claimed they would need to send another tech out to diagnose the issue and reorder the partThis part never came in their hands in the first placeYes, I was originally told 10-business days as they just mentioned...not monthsSecondly, I was never told by the tech that their was a $charge just to come outThe tech indicated this would be the deposit for the part on order I asked several times to speak to the company owner regarding this situation in which he never called backOnly now after contacting the Revdex.com he decides to respond with lies? My family and I feel cheated and stressed by this companyThe only way to make this right is to refund our money( very least they can do) and Mail our part to our home that we been waiting for over months now( also free of charge would be the least they can do to make this right).
