I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I was able to download and install the software.  Intelligolf mentioned they replied to my messages, but never received anything.  Not sure why.  I didn't even receive the CC'd response.  Anyway, I have the software I paid for and appreciate everything.  I really love using the product and glad this was able to be resolved.  I'm sorry I had to go this route, but I didn't now what else to do.Thanks to all including Intelligolf![redacted]

Review: On June 15th 2015 I purchased Intelligolf's product and have not received it. It was supposed to be an instant download, but I never received the link to download it. There is no number to contact them, the FAQs are of no help, and I have email 5 times now with no response. I am at a loss of what else to do. I have used their product many times before and am very satisfied with it, I would just like to get the latest version that was paid for.Desired Settlement: I would just like to have the product that I paid for. I would like Intelligolf to provide me with a link to download.
