We have the reviewed the complaint file by Mr. [redacted] and reached out to him to address any concerns. We resolved the issue to his satisfaction and Mr. [redacted] indicated he would be removing the complaint.
The process with gaining insurance through this company is wrought with errors all along the way. At the very last moment, they even tried to slip in an error requiring double payment to get my insurance started. Not very pleased with their service.
