The Revdex.com uses DLI all of the time for garment analysis, and although Crest Cleaners ay be a member, it does not afford Crest Cleaners any sort of "rubber stamping"If there is damage caused by our cleaning or finishing process, they would tell us all thisWe have not claimed that *** *** makes a poor quality shirtWe are stating that the garments are worn out, and have reached the end of their life cycleCrest Cleaners stands behind this, and will gladly assist the Revdex.com in sending these garments for analysis

I am rejecting this response if the refund is less than the full amount ($29.75) The business did not address the trench coat that was still dirty with no stains I have preserved the coat (still on the hanger from the dry cleaner) as evidence and will be glad to provide photos or in person If the business wishes to reimburse the full amount then I will accept

We believe that this customer dropped off garments to another location, other than Crest CleanersWe do not have a manager by the name listed in their complaint, and we do not have any record of this customer in our system

This customer has changed the story multiple times, including with the police officer who responded to the callWe can send the jacket in for independent analysis, and can replace the missing buttons and flap that customer previous claimed was missingWe could send the jacket to DLI for analysis

We issued a full payment to the complainant, and asked that he choose a new Dry Cleaner.

We are actively working with [redacted] to rectify the situation.

We would be happy to review any police report that was filed. We cannot accept any responsibility for this garment without further garment analysis to substantiate the customer's complaint.

These shirts were worn out, we would be happy to send them to the Dry Cleaning and Laundry Institute for independent analysis. If it is determined that we damaged the shirts, we would gladly reimburse the customer for the garments. However, we do have photos of the collars on these shirts, and the...

damage was normal wear and tear, and not a result of cleaning. If the customer is unhappy with the durability of the garment they should return them to the manufacturer. Crest Cleaners will not accept responsibility for these shirts, unless it is determined that the damage is beyond normal wear and tear from DLI (Dry Cleaning and Laundry Institute). Photo is attached. This is common breakdown of fabric from sweat, which is very acidic.

The customer brought in ink stained garments that we were not able to remove the ink from. We will issue a refund, in the form of a check, sent to the address listed here. Best Regards,Crest Cleaners

On the phone with Mr. David S[redacted], Mr. [redacted] complained that he had numerous problems with our company. Based on this complaint, combined with how Mr. [redacted] spoke to our staff, and the fact that there are...

other dry cleaners in the area, Mr. S[redacted] advised Mr. [redacted] to use another another company for his cleaning and that we would pay his claim in full. With respect to race, Mr. S[redacted] has not met Mr. [redacted] in person, so he has no idea as to race, and Mr. [redacted] has not met Mr. S[redacted]. Race certainly is not an issue, but the way that Mr. [redacted] spoke to our employees, and harassed our management by making repetitive, non-stop phone calls to them, we are refusing to service Mr. [redacted]. This decision is based on his own actions, and is completely independent of his race, whatever that may be. We never have, and never will, make any decision based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or sexuality. We have an extremely diverse employee and customer base, that has no boundaries.

Well!! Business focused on the race issue very much! It's just doubts by the way but well my name is [redacted] and that's obvious and my accent but in addition to that I told him where I'm from! Let's leave that point because there is no proof and no history for racial issues with your business but David S[redacted] didn't advise me to use another business he aggressively said I'm FIRING YOU AS A CUSTOMER , DON'T COME BACK TO OUR STORE! If that's acceptable from a business I'm asking the Revdex.com to cancel my complain! The owner didn't apologize at all, he fired me as a customer and that's the biggest insult I have ever took in my life and till now I can't go to the whole shopping center because of this insult! Yes!!! Because every time I make that turn to the shopping center I see crest cleaners and I remember the insult!! It's really bad and has a huge impact on my psychological health!!! Are you gonna be responsible for that?? I'm sure the answer is no!Again the owner, deleted my account and forced me to suffer and go too far stores because he know that he is the only one that has a delivery service in the area!  My words to the staff,I did apologized for it except one person that I'm trying to reach her but the owner refused. There are people from the staff that I didn't say anything bad to them such as the great store manager that I'm sure that she might be in trouble because she tried to help me and was so good to me! That explains that I was only mad whenever I couldn't get help! To Revdex.com , without being mad the owner wouldn't call me! But I wish he didn't call because his call hurt me badly!

As I said this coat is now in the process of repairing in a [redacted] store right after I pick it up from the Crest Cleaner. I will get it analysis after I get the coat from [redacted].

I am rejecting this response because:
As I stated in my initial complaint, Crest Cleaners was asked to rectify this issue and they did not do anything.  I am attaching my initial letter to Crest Cleaners, which was sent on January 27, 2015.  It resulted in no action on their part other than a phone call to ask for a sample shirt and then another phone call to tell my wife that they would not pay for anything and that I could find another cleaner.  Note that in my letter I attached a print-out from their website in which they purport to stand behind their service and that they check each garment for wear.  Obviously that was not done for me (on eight occasions for each shirt).  Instead, they ruined my shirts and now claim that my shirts were worn.  I do not trust any "expert" service that they propose.
