Review: I subscribed to Budget Travel Magazine for 2012, 2013 and 2014 and have not received my subscriptions since mid 2014. I have spoken to representatives on numerous occasions with negative results. I was referred to a [redacted], who told me that my subscription would resume in October of 2012 and it has not resumed as of this time. Since this issue cannot be resolved by Intellitravel Media, I am making this complaint to your office in an attempt to have you intercede in this issue. I request that my subscription payments for the above years be refunded. We were told that we would be able to receive our subscriptions on line but we do not have a computer in our residence and do not plan on getting on. We also received information that on-line subscriptions of this magazine have not been produced since 2012. Our numerous phone calls to the main office have not been answered nor calls returned.Desired Settlement: Have subscription fee refunded.

Review: I was a subscriber to Arthur Frommer's Budget Travel and had paid for the magazine until July/Aug. 2014, but received my last issue in Sept/Oct. 2012. I found out through the internet that the company has gone out of business, but I don't know when this occurred. I want to receive a refund for the missed issues and the ones I will not receive.Desired Settlement: I will receive a refund for missed issues of the magazine as well as the future issues I will not get since the company is no longer in business.

Review: I have a magazine subscription to Arthur Frommer's Budget Travel magazine that expires May 2016. I have not received an issue since the September/October 2012 issue of the magazine.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the issues I did not receive - starting with the November 2012 issue, up until the end of my subscription - the May 2016 issue.

Review: New Horizons engaged Performance Architect, LLC, my company, to design and deliver two one-day sessions of a program entitled "Emotional Intelligence: Cool Under Pressure" to Price Waterhouse Coopers in New York City on December **, 2013 and December **, 2013. I delivered the program and the feedback from the participants was extremely positive. There were no complaints with the quality of the program design or its facilitation. In accordance with the engagement letter which was signed by New Horizons on October **, 2013 and myself on November **, 2013, New Horizons was required to pay me design fees of $100 per hour not to exceed 12 hours of design time, delivery fees of $2,500 per day and reasonable and customary expenses for meals and lodging. On December **, 2013, I sent New Horizons an invoice which totaled $7,837.64 all costs associated with the terms and conditions of the signed contract. In accordance with the engagement letter and the invoice, the terms of payment were net 30 days. Despite numerous emails back and forth only $2,000 has been paid toward the invoice; the rest remains unpaid. New Horizons is a large organization with many franchises. As a sole proprietor and small business owner, I count on the integrity of companies such as this to pay their bills on time in accordance with the terms laid out. I've had to file a claim in the New York small claims court--something I was hoping to avoid. I hope that New Horizons fulfills its obligations and pays the remaining invoice promptly.Desired Settlement: Payment of outstanding invoice plus attorney fees of $175.
