I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Initially, I was advised that the problem with my order was that it had been shipped, but that it was being held up by Customs.  After researching this company I found that this was a common answer by this company whether the item had to pass through customs or not.  I called them out on it and their response was that the excuse sent to me was meant for another customer.  They stated that that particular employee has been disciplined because he/she gave me the wrong information.  They then stated that my item had not been paid for and that is the actual reason for the delay.  I advised them further that I remember my bank account showed payment for the item had been pending and I was going to contact my bank for additional information since - yet again through research - this is another complaint from their customers is that they end up saying that the customer doesn't pay when the customer states they do.  They responded by saying I had incorrectly entered my payment information and that I need to learn how to enter the information correctly.  I contacted my bank and was advised of the day and exact time that payment was placed on hold to be sent to this company and that this company only needed to complete their end of the transaction.  It appeared, per my bank, that this company did not do that and after so many days the funds get put back into my bank account.  They confirmed #1 that I did what I was supposed to do to complete my transaction with this company - THEY were the ones who failed to follow through.  #2 they confirmed that had I put the information into the system incorrectly that the funds for this item would have never been taken out and put on hold awaiting this company to finish their transaction.  If proof is needed I can take off work to get the substantiation needed to send to you.  I would have no problem doing so!At the end of the day, I still have my money.  I am grateful that they mishandled this transaction, because attempting to do business with them has been a nightmare and I hope that other consumers do research on how they mishandle things prior to attempting to do business with them.  I have gone through another company to purchase the item I wanted and their customer service was flawless.  I don't have any other complaints for this company.  However, I have some advice - they need to learn how to run a business or get out of business.  I have a feeling that the later may happen sooner than later if they keep up their ridiculous charades.

I HAVE PROOF THAT I CAN PROVIDE THAT THE PAYMENT WAS MADE AND ACCEPTED. THIS IS A BLATANT LIE!!!!!! I have also been in discussions with the Royal mounted police regarding the fraud/ theft of service that this is. They expressed to me to use the Revdex.com first.I can provide both proof that payment was made, accepted and deposited to their account. I can also provide the police contact if necessary.
