This order was shipped today We've been extremely busy the last few weeks and ran out of some products This particular remote is one of our most popular and we sell a lot of them We had to wait till after new shipment arrived before we could ship Sorry for the delay

1) When you program a remote to your vehicle, you are actually programming the vehicle to recognize the remote. The remote itself is not programmed.2) Automobile manufacturers build into their vehicles procedures to do this programming. The programming procedure we sent you is just
how it is done. That's the way Toyota designed your van. There is no other way to program it. The programming procedures we sent you come directly from Toyota.3) We have sold thousands of these and my competitors have sold thousands and thousands more. ALL of them with the same programming procedures. If you search the internet for remote programming procedures for your vehicle no matter where you look those are the instructions you will find. If your Toyota mechanic logs into Toyota's own online service manuals they will find the same instructions (since that's where they come from)We're sorry you had such a difficult time following instructions. We personally have done hundreds of them here at our shop ourselves. Only takes a few minutes

Item has already been shipped and delivered. USPS.com tracking number ***We have switched phone and internet companies and are still trying to get our phone and email configured correctly. The *** number no longer functions, or at least is not supposed to
function. At any rate it doesn't ring through to here. We are not a "sham" and yes, we do actually exist! Due to the large number of sales over the holidays we experienced a shortage of some items. Your item was sent out as soon as our stock was replenished. We apologize for the delay

I have received a full refund, more than what I requested as I also received a key and intended to pay for it. The response from keyless-remotes.com was not entirely accurate. Customer's car has exhibited signs of malfunction trying to program new key remotes to the car.  After several attempts to help customer continues to claim there is something wrong with our product causing all sorts of crazy behavior on her vehicle.  I was prepared to send her another...

replacement product but after this complaint believe it is futile.  Instead I have refunded customer's purchase in full, according to her request on this complaint.  I cannot help her anymore.

Product was delivered to customer on September 25.  USPS tracking #[redacted] First email received from customer on 11/10 stating that product had stopped working.  This was beyond our 30-day warranty period.  However we are willing to send ONE more remote out to...
