Review: On Sept. 25, 2015, I ordered tattoo inks from Intenze. My wife used her credit card to make the purchase. On Sept. 28, 2015, I received an email from Intenze saying that my order was 'on hold' due to the fact that the billing address didn't match the shipping address and to contact them about it. Since receiving their email, my wife and I have emailed them 4 or 5 times and called multiple times with no answer/response.Desired Settlement: I would like for someone at Intenze to contact me about my order so this can be resolved and I can get my order. If not, I want full refund of money.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is okay to me.
Next time, when a business is trying to contact someone (which I contacted both Intenze and [redacted]) it'd be best to contact them at least the next day. Not 2 weeks later after I've had to file a complaint.
