The complaint alleges that Inter-Care mistakenly billed the complainant for a toxicology screen on a date for which he did not attend our program for servicesWe have evidence of this customer attending our program for the date disputed with his signature signing an attendance sheet for the
disputed date as well as a patient note recording what transpired with the patient for the said dateThere is also a toxicology note for the said date indicating that a toxicology screen was taken for the said dateWe would be happy to provide evidence of these documents to clear our reputation in this caseFurthermore, we would be happy to reimburse the complainant, in good faith, for the disputed charge of $if that would satisfy him and resolve this case
