This complaint was reviewed by the managers that are in charge of both locations and it has came to our attention that the reasoning for the charges was not only because the police were called to the seen but also because of the actions of her sonHe came in to our office threatening another
employee who was trying to do everything possible to help him get his vehicle back the legal waysHe was very rude and vulgar, calling the office staff names and cursing about everything under the sunWhen the office staff felt threatened is when the police were called to the tow yardThere is no way that this was race or language related when the office staff there is Korean and speaks languagesEnglish is not his strongest but he understands more than he speaksHe even tried speaking with them in a language as close to theirs as possibly from our understanding
