This company is a third party dealer for the internet company I use and is down right disrespectfulMy internet was not working so I called to get someone to come look at it on a thursdayWe are a week later and still no technical support staff have come or even calledI have called them back three times to be told they will get here when they get here and that they don't have time to call customers to inform them if they have an overload and will not be able to come within the hours stated when a ticket is openI wad told they would be here tuesday and then wednesdayYou have to be here when they come and if you have a job makes it hard for you to planVery negative rude company
