They don’t reply once they have your money
During the sales process, Interspas (Dan) promptly responded to all of my contacts via phone or email. However, once they received the final payment, they DISAPPEARED and did not respond to over a dozen voicemails/emails/texts. The lighting on my hot tub did not work when it was delivered. It allegedly has a 10 year warranty. I tried to reach them for over six weeks, and there were zero replies. So, either it’s a one man business, and that man died, or they had no intention of ever honoring the warranty or even ensuring that the spa was delivered in working order. I think that qualifies as a lie. I have never posted a review for anything before. But when I read their response to Lisa A’s one star review, I felt the need to call them out on their BS about integrity, pride, and customer service. There was no apology or compensation in this case. They did not even reply when I told them I was going to dispute the charge with my credit card company. But, miraculously, they recovered enough to have a DIFFERENT company contact me about repairing the lights weeks AFTER I disputed the charge and sent records of dozens of attempts to reach them. My credit card reversed the charges and then THEY went after Interspas. So, apparently they respond if you’re Citi, and they may lose the money. I’m certain that once the payment has passed the disputing window, their “warranty” is complete BS.

Customer Service is horrible!!
I need to know what the filters are, where to purchase outside of this company, can anyone help me?

Called the business spoke with DanHe stated that they have been in contact with the consumer and are in the process of getting a service tech outA date hasn't been set yet of when but they will be in communication with the consumer to get that date set up

I bought a hot tub from Inter-Spas over months ago, and I wanted to take the time to write an Inter-Spas review because these guys are great! Kudos to our salesperson [redacted] who was very patient with us through the whole process! My husband and I (mostly me) were wary of spending this kind of money online, especially since we live in Raleigh, NC, and their factory is in VirginiaWe could not actually see the spa before buying it, but again, after talking to [redacted] we felt comfortable and now we are so glad we decided to make the purchase! Saving a ton of money helps too! Even now, months later, we called the factory with a question about the cover lifter, left a message, and we had a customer service girl call us back immediatelyI must say we are more than pleased with how seamless it has been dealing right with the manufacturerThese guys are on top of things! If anyone else is considering doing business with this company and is on the fence, I (obviously) recommend Inter-Spas not only for the customer service, but also for the hot tub we got for the moneyWe had a hot tub previously at our old home, and we paid close to 9kWhen we got our Inter-Spa ( [redacted] ***), the first thing my husband said was he couldn't believe how strong the jets areHe always shows it off to people when they come over :) We still can't believe we got a better hot tub than what we had years ago, and fir more than half the price of what we paid in the storeThanks so much to ***, and also to [redacted] and [redacted] in customer service for being so helpful, and patient with us, and thanks to the entire company for making such a beautiful, efficient, and affordable product! We love you guys!

We bought our hot tub a year and a half ago last month it started leaking from the heater. I submitted pictures and ask for warranty repair after 6 weeks their response. I have spoken to management and showed them the pictures and this system is not going to be covered under warranty. This type of damage is not a manufacture defect. In our experience it is either from corrosion due to poor water chemistry or improper draining and storage while it was drained. Had this been a manufacture issue, the problem would have occurred within the first couple months or so of operation and we wouldn’t see the rust and corrosion on the heater. It is our feeling that the unit was likely drained and left empty without properly clearing out the lines allowing rust to break down the heater (or water was not being maintained properly when not in use). My Response: Well tell management my hot tub has not been drained since purchase until this happened, and you answer is totally unacceptable with me. I will be putting in a complaint with the BBB. I also will be checking on suing Inter Spa in small claims court for cost of repairs and time I have had to be without my hot tub. As a disabled veteran I am putting in a complaint through the Veterans Administration, also we will be posting these pictures and managements response, on FB, twitter, feed back forums and any where else I can warn the public. I will do my best to ensure the american public knows before they purchase any of your products that you do not stand behind you warranty so you cant rip someone else off! WARNING DO NOT BUY!

After reading all this reviews I wanted to write review my self, me and my husband purchase swim spa for our anniversary and we love it, I was little bit scared to spend that kind of money with out really seeing it only pictures but our sales person Gita she was generous to offer to send email with a video of swim spa and thats what sealed the deal all process went smooth was little complicated delivery but it wasn't their fault its just a company we hired take it off the flat bed, anyway our sales person was super nice very helpful and patient young lady cause we had million questions and I was calling her every hour with new question :D but hey I wanted to make sure I get a good quality product and we did can't be more happier with it. Would definitely recommend it to other people, plus I refer them to my neighbor so they will be sending me free filter as a thank you.
