Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/12/17) */ [redacted] To whom it may concern, This letter is to response complaint from [redacted] , [redacted] The following is timeline... for this issue: [redacted] : Customer checked in [redacted] : Customer complaint about bed bug bite, transferred from Room# [redacted] to Room# [redacted] : Customer spoke to [redacted] , the owner. [redacted] told him the local pest control company, [redacted] , will come to do an inspection for him on [redacted] ; and left phone number for customer to call back after the inspection was done. [redacted] : [redacted] performed inspection and issued a statement with no bed bug activity in Room#***, which customer stayed on the first night. Report attached. Also customer checked out in the same day without any further contact. Besides the above facts, [redacted] from the [redacted] came to inspect our motel on [redacted] The result from his inspection was that everything was in good order. Please be advised that Mr. [redacted] ' response of [redacted] is considered to be unsatisfactory for the following reasons: Although the [redacted] certificate states that there were no bed bugs in Room [redacted] on [redacted] it cannot disprove that there were bed bugs in the room on [redacted] Although [redacted] ' inspection of the motel showed it to be in good order on December 9th it cannot disprove that Room [redacted] and Room [redacted] were in poor condition during my stay. Furthermore, [redacted] of [redacted] , the rating agency of the [redacted] , informed me that due to my complaint and the evidence I presented the motel will now be inspected on a more frequent basis. Mr. [redacted] did not leave a phone number for me on [redacted] as he stated he did in his response. I did contact Mr. [redacted] following our telephone conversation on [redacted] I sent him an e-mail on [redacted] to verify that I had checked out and to ask him again for a refund. Although Mr. [redacted] alleges that I left prematurely and failed to wait for pest control, I assert that I left the motel due to the conditions being intolerable. In closing, I remind the RevDex.com that 1) The evidence I presented has not been refuted, 2) Mr. [redacted] failed to address my complaints in full and 3) Mr. [redacted] made no mention of providing me a refund.
