Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The receptionist NEVER MENTIONED that Chris was not in-network for any insurance providerThat is completely false, and the fact that Chris/Anne state that she "repeatedly" told me this and "insisted" he is not in-network for any provider can only insinuate that she covering herself from the fact that she did not provide that information so she does not get in trouble, or that the company in collaborately a scam, and purposely did not tell me this and covering for each other I made it clear that the only reason I was looking into Chris as a counselor, is because he was the only Christian counselor listed in-networkSo if the receptionist even mentioned, or even suggested, that he isn't in-network for ANY provider, this would have raised a red flag for me and I would have not booked the appointmentI was not given this information until after my appointment, and I was completely confused as to how this wasn't mentioned when I booked the appointmentI wasn't event told how much the rate would be until after the appointmentThis experience is completely out of order, deceitful, and off-the-wall from any other health/medical appointment (in and out-of-network), I've ever experiencedI will not release the information that I provided during the appointment, because the content I shared itself was personal information and irrelevant to the issue disputedWhat I shared, and the notes he took could no way determine the actual length of time we spent on our issues vsthe length of time he took talking about himselfHowever, I wish there was something I could provide to show that there was no actual counseling done during this pricey sessionNo advise, no homework, no take-aways, no reading material, no next steps, NOTHING.Again, I tried to initially work with the office to see if we could reach a fair middle-ground based on this experience, and Chris refused to work with me on a compromiseAt this point, I truly believe it was either a scam or just outright bad practice with no valueI am looking for a refund and to make sure no one else gets taken advantage by this organization.Regards, [redacted] ***
