I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
In a letter to *** *** dated in September of 2013, I acknowledged that I
did not expect a full refund due to the extra effort made by his company as he has described in his response to my complaint and a partial refund would be acceptable Had this offer been made months ago this entire matter would have been resolved without any intervention from Revdex.com

I am rejecting this response because:

I called the Revdex.com office this morning and was given your email address for a follow up to a complaint that you handled earlier this year. (referenced above).
In March 2014 I filed a complaint with Revdex.com against Interacter Battery Chargers because the company president (Bob Besch) agreed in September of 2013 to refund a portion of the price I paid for one of their battery chargers.  In the following months they did not send the refund and would not respond to my inquiries about this matter, so I filed my complaint with your office.  In response to that complaint, [redacted] agreed to refund $215.  I believe the important facts are in your file.
I'm writing today because the company has not send me the agreed upon refund and will not respond to my telephone calls.  The young woman who answers the phone tells me that I must talk to [redacted], but he doesn't take my calls and doesn't respond to the messages I've left during the last month or so.  This is the same pattern of behavior that caused me to file the complaint in the first place - I guess this is called the runaround. 
This is a small company with only one woman and [redacted] in the office, so there is little chance for miscommunication.  
 Therefore, my complaint wasn't actually settled.  What happens next?
