Review: Hello on 12/14/2013 I was shopping around on the internet for a NFL heavy duty grill cover ( we live in Pennsylvania where we have rough winters and we can get a lot of precipitation in the summer as well depending ). So I located the 49ers grill cover on idata.com/idatasports.com with the description being "heavy duty reinforced vinyl to protect your grill from the elements " for $26.95 plus shipping. I requested shipping to my boyfriend's fathers smoke free /pet free home for a surprise gift for my boyfriend for Christmas . Upon returning home from our holidays on Dec 26 my boyfriend took the grill cover out of the packaging because he was so excited that it was a 49ers cover to find that the length across worked but it did not protect our entire grill itself which was not satisfactory for us because of the weather we get here.so he asked me to contact the company I purchased it from and return it and we would just get a heavy duty one that he knows would fit from our local Home Depot . I contacted the number on my paperwork and [redacted] stated as long as it was in its original packaging and within 30 days to return it and they would refund the money less the shipping . They finally contacted me on 01/21/2014 that they weren't sure if they were going to refund the money because there was a one inch tear (supposedly ..I have yet to see the picture of this ) . However if this was advertised a reinforced vinyl to protect it wasn't even placed on my grill then a "tear" should not have occurred . And they sent me a picture with a few white dog hairs on the vinyl and the product all crumbled up. I have a little fawn tea cup chihuahua. The grill cover was returned with a tear and animal hair. We notified customer and she requested images. We emailed the customer images per her request and she emailed back asking us to return the grill cover to her. We returned it that day.

I would not have sent it back to them for a refund if I was satisfied with the product .. It isn't a deluxe grill cover like they state on their website. It is cheap plastic .. I did not request them to send it back to me ...they chose to send it back to me. I have wasted so much money on this with this company and I got a [redacted] just like my $500 grill which I should have done right from the beginning and it is 210% better quality than their was for the same price. I did not put the tear in it you can see by the other link I sent in the first email this company is notorious for damaging things so a customer cannot receive their refund . Their website states that if you are not completely satisfied with their product to return it within 30 days and you will receive a refund ...less the shipping .. I paid for shipping twice on this ... I paid for it to be shipped to me as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend in the original transaction and then paid to have it returned out of my own pocket. This company is a disgrace to the deal with ! They are falsely advertising several things on their website... this is a cheaply made grill cover it does not protect a grill in any condition ... they falsely advertise their return policy . I want a refund for the product it is JUNK!!!! I was NOT satisfied with the product. I am also looking into contacting the manufacturer of the product and letting them know the company they sell their product to is not adhering to their return policies for their product.
