Second, according to our internal review, your loan application (see attached two copies) was sold to us twice from two of our affiliate partners. The first time we received it was on 09/29/2015 from [redacted]. Their address is [redacted] The contact person is [redacted] ([redacted]). Then on 5/10/2017 we received your application again from [redacted] The contact person is [redacted] ([redacted]). During both of these times, we in turn sold your application to [redacted] an automotive dealership. Their address is [redacted] [redacted] Please also note that we do not provide full social security numbers on our loan applications. The auto dealer is responsible for contacting the consumer to obtain that information as well as the authorization to pull credit. If they pulled your credit without your permission then they would be responsible for contacting the credit bureaus and would be responsible for removing any information from your credit files. Furthermore, we have taking steps to remove your data from our database and all of your information have been purged from our system. Thank you from bringing this matter to our attention. We take consumer complaints very seriously. Please accept our apology for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you need additional information, please feel free to contact me.
