They are unprofessional and rude! When trying to understand the process of removing a debt on your credit report they are not willing to explain calmlyAnd when mentioned that they were being hostile and that I am just a consumer trying by to understand, they get upset and state well I already explained it and hang up on you

On 3/12/ we received a dispute from *** on account *** was notified that the account was paid in full on 2/5/and account closed. On 3/12/we received a dispute from *** on account *** was notified that the account was paid in full on 2/5/and closed.On 3/12/an update (via ***) was sent to ***, ***, and *** *** that the above accounts were paid in full on 2/5/15On 2/5/A letter was mailed to *** *** *** * *** *** *** ** ***, confirming that both accounts were paid in full on 2/5/15.On 1/28/a notice was sent (via ***) deleting account # *** from ***, *** and *** ***.We have copies of these request sent by *** available if neededThese two accounts *** & *** should now be showing as a paid in full collection on her credit report.Is Ms*** stating that ***, ***, and *** *** are still showing a balance owing on these two accounts?I am not sure if there is anything else we can do We have no control as to when the credit reporting agencies actually post the new changes If there is anything we are missing are anything else we dan do, please let me know.Thank you, *** *** Manager

Brown's Collection Service has a huge problem. Employee, Kay R[redacted] who is the manager of the office, has disrespected me and was extremely unprofessional over the phone during our two very short conversations today. Both phone calls ending in Kay R[redacted] cutting me off and hanging up on me. Kay R[redacted] also said inappropriate statements such as "pay your bills" and "you wouldn't be dealing with our office if you paid your bills" I replied "oh my God" in shock to this, she mimicked me and repeated "oh my God" in a condescending manner. Then processed to insult me and then hung up the phone call. I have left a message with the secretary for Herbert Brown, the business owner, to call me back regarding this complaint. I have not received any contact from this office.
To be clear, the only reason I contacted this office was because I was returning a voicemail left by Kay R[redacted]. I'm sorry I called.

On 2/5/15 a letter was mailed to: [redacted], [redacted] [redacted], stating that account # [redacted], [redacted], & account # [redacted], [redacted], was paid in full on 2/5/15.  An electronic notice was sent via [redacted] to [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]...

[redacted], on 2/5/15 stating that both accounts were paid in full and closed.As a follow up another notice is being sent today 3/12/15, re-affirming that both accounts are paid in full and closed.Thank you[redacted], President

In response to complaint# [redacted], this office has sent a request to have our account  #[redacted] reported as paid in full and closed. Included  with this letter is a copy of the request showing request for update, showing the account closed as highlighted.
 
The consumer 's statement...

that she was told," You can call back and talk to the owner Monday thru Friday between 8-10 AM and hopefully  get hold of him." Is not accurate.  What the consumer/debtor was told is that our office has previously  reported  the account paid in full and closed and that the consumer  should file a consumer  dispute with the credit reporting agencies.

on 06/10/16 10:15am employee Kay R[redacted] called my husband requesting information on a open balance credit bill, within just seconds of the call she beginning getting very aggressive on phone, yelling and screaming for him to give her his info, when he asked that she lower her voice so he can give it to her she begin screaming obsinitys to him saying one way or another she was going to find him, my husband then called me and at 10:20am I called to speak to the person in charge when Mrs. R[redacted] answered the phone and said she was the one in charge and for me to go to hell because Mr, B[redacted] put her in charge. I asked her to please calm down and why was she the one being so aggressive she then said she didn't have time for this [redacted] and hung up. I called right back to speak to someone in charge she again answered the phone and said " What the [redacted] you want" I was in complete shock why a business owner would allow someone to speak to some one like that. I asked can I get the address so I can speak to her "she said look the dam thing up, I don't have time for this [redacted]" and hung up
