I Love this company! I am completely happy with the audio equipment I purchased, the salesmen were great and knowledgeable of the productsWhen it came time to schedule my install the Customer Service Dept was Awesome! Jerry handled my audio and Julie handled the security activationThey coordinated and got both done in the same day ! Not to mention the technician was Great! And took the time to give me a lengthy demo of my new equipment! Wonderful!

Whatever you do, do not use this companyThey installed surround sound and delivered our subwooferBut failed to mention we needed a receiver that would also need to purchasedThey sell them but didn't offer that when we purchased everything elseSo we wanted to purchase from them but they said their prices would be outrageous and to buy one from best buy, or somewhere like thatWe didWe called about having them install itWe know that nothing is free and expected a feeThe man we spoke with said it would be weeks before they could get out to usI told him we didn't mind waiting because we wanted it done rightHe had previously quoted me $but now said it would me $to send a tech out to my house and $per hour afterHe couldn't guarantee me it would be done in one trip because the tech might have to come back to the office for materialsHe said it could be easily over the price quoted previously , in our emailsHe then refered to me their competitor which did come to install and said the receiver they told me to get was not the correct one for our system
Many problems: not keeping a quote that was made in writing, not telling us the correct receiver to purchase, and referring us to a competitor

Cannot say anything bad about the service but before you sign up check what you are signing. I got locked into a 5 YEAR contract and when I moved the made me pay $850.00 to buy out. No negotiations with them they were going to have their pound of flesh. If you are looking for a reliable alarm system check out [redacted] in stead. Easy to install, cheap and no long term contract.
These dinosaur companies that lock you in to a long contract have screwed people long enough !

My service experience with Interactive Systems during the past few weeks has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. They have failed to fix a problem with our system, stood me up at two different service appoints and failed to return my phone calls. I have wasted hours waiting for them to show up. I have been told that the service guy fell off a ladder and had to go to the emergency room, I have been told that they have gone through a merger, I have been told that they have system issues. I have been patient and given them lots of opportunities to correct the problem.
