I completed a survey for them and was not credited. Repeated requests for correction of the error have gone unanswered.I completed a survey for them on Sept. 17th [redacted]The reward was to be $2.10, but I only received $.10. I first e-mailed them about the problem on Sept. 17th and received support ticket [redacted].I have replied to their support ticket and asked for updates on Oct. 10th, 21st, and 29th, Nov. 12th and 25th, Dec. 2nd, 10th, and 19th. On the 19th I told them it had been three months and if I didn't hear back by Dec. 31st I would contact the Revdex.com.[redacted]Desired SettlementI would like the $2.00 added to my account.Business Response Thank you for bringing the issue to our attention. Our records indicate that the individual filing the complaint did not complete the survey he mentioned. He was terminated thus receiving the termination fee of $.10. However we have added $2.00 to his account to hopefully bring closure to the issue.
