We will like to complete this cancellation of serviceThe customer will not take our calls nor allow us to receive our equipment valued over $1, We have not been paid for any labor and will refund her small deposit with the collection of our $1,in equipment We will not charge the customer any labor nor cancellation fees We only want our equipment back The customer would only allow a four hour window for eight hours worth of work due her scheduleWe worked hard and fast to complete 90% of that job The customer was very satisfied with the work was done The remaining 10% had to be done a different dayThe customer was sick and her schedule was still not open for us to finish right away As a company, we will have to keep working and put her back on the schedule when she becomes available instead sitting She was not happy about that Ms Young was referred to us for the quality of work we do Most of our clientele comes from referralsWe have satisfied hundreds of customers Right now we are a big loss with our equipment just sitting in her residence

We have done many daycares and definitely understand the importance of safety for childrenThats why we were thereWhile we're working at jobs we return a place back to bysweeping the floor before we leaveBefore the job was started I told Ms [redacted] s we need access to all the rooms to install the video stations She wanted us to come in the evening hours when it was less traffic This was a very heavy labor intense job Ms [redacted] s is not there in the evening There is only a supervisor On atleast occasions we were set to install some equipment and the children had no where to goWe could not work in the ceiling with children under us I addressed this issue with Ms [redacted] s This issue was never resolvedSo we started coming at closing time to work overnight The staff would not let us inside even though Ms [redacted] said she informed staff we were coming We were not allowed to work several more times, We finally got all of the stations working great Any station can talk and hear anyone outside that rang the doorbell Then they can release the latch to let a parent come in This safety allows teachers to stay in rooms with the children instead of going to the entry door All of the stations worked and the video doorbell access control worked fine Teh door is secure Ms [redacted] s was referred to us because we had done a great job with someone else we knewNo one can do their job without access
