Dear [redacted], Reference is made to your letter dated August **, 2015 (Revdex.com ID # [redacted]) regarding a complaint filed by a user of the Daily Burn service, [redacted]. We have reviewed our records and have confirmed that a full refund of $52.95 was issued to [redacted]...

[redacted] on August **, 2015, immediately upon receipt of [redacted] request to for a refund -- and prior to receipt of the above-referenced Revdex.com correspondence. Based on a further review of our records, we were able to ascertain that [redacted] signed up for a free 30-day trial on July **, 2015, was billed exactly one month later, on August **, 2014 (the account was still active as of the date of [redacted] email. In her letter, [redacted] references a Customer Service telephone number she was provided with by her financial institution. We would like to follow up on this point, either with [redacted] through the Revdex.com or with her financial institution. Given that we are exclusively an online platform we do not support a Customer Support telephone number. Our subscriptions are managed fully online, and we address all Customer Support inquiries promptly through the same media. We sincerely appreciate that you have brought this matter to our attention. [redacted] was looking to recover and cancel. It was determined that the information that [redacted] provided was insufficient for our representative to locate the account. Our representative confirmed the same and asked for additional information. We did not hear back from [redacted] until March 10, 2016 asking for a cancellation and refund. After an internal search through our database, we responded on March ** with confirmation that the account was recovered and found under a mistyped email address and that a full refund was processed in addition to cancellation of her account. We did not hear back from her until May **, 2015 requesting further assistance in cancelling her account. We responded on May **, 2015 asking for additional details to locate a possible second account so that we could further assist her.We did not hear back from [redacted]. Upon further investigation after receiving your letter dated May **, 2015 with details required to locate the account, [redacted]’s second Subscription was located under the email address ‘[redacted]’. We have cancelled and refunded the account in full. As of this date, we believe all matters with [redacted] has been resolved. "Nab" was very helpful in Cleaning up my computer and went WELL ABOVE & BEYOND to assist me. He really turned an annoying, incessant problem into a most helpful and pleasant interaction. I am very thankful for his help.[redacted] Matter resolved. No further action required (see above).
