I had a very positive experience refinancing my homeI worked with *** ***He was very personable and helpfulAt times it seemed like a long time without him contacting me, but whenever I emailed or called, he responded quickly and updated meI was very nervous about working with a company by internet, never having met anyone at the companyYou have to give them all your financial information, seems like everything but your passwords, but it turned out fine

Not only have they purchased our loan from Suburban Mortgage, their customer service and their website is non-operableI have left several messages regarding our loan in the last weeks and to this date, 11-27-15, no call backI'm pretty sure if I don't make my payment they'll contact me sooner! Horrible b
