Not only have they purchased our loan from Suburban Mortgage, their customer service and their website is non-operable. I have left several messages regarding our loan in the last 3 weeks and to this date, 11-27-15, no call back. I'm pretty sure if I don't make my payment they'll contact me sooner! Horrible b

I had a very positive experience refinancing my home. I worked with [redacted]. He was very personable and helpful. At times it seemed like a long time without him contacting me, but whenever I emailed or called, he responded quickly and updated me. I was very nervous about working with a company by internet, never having met anyone at the company. You have to give them all your financial information, seems like everything but your passwords, but it turned out fine.
