Says the gentleman in Florida understood any and all condition issues with the RV -- felt comfortable that they could be addressed by the buyer, given that Intercity Auto was initially asking about $50K for the RV, and accepted a purchase price of about $40K.Mr [redacted] says he put two batteries in the RV at a cost of about $1500 just so that it could be started, but that the vehicle was sold "as is, where is," and [redacted] understood this. Intercity Auto feels that information about the vehicle's condition to the 'finder' in Florida may not have been conveyed appropriately to [redacted], and he will not be able to refund any portion of the purchase price.
