When I booked with iac to ship my car from Dallas to San Francisco they quoted $700. I paid $200 deposit ($500 in cash on delivery). Upon delivery I was given a bill for $850 instead of $700. I showed the guy my bill for $700. The guy said iac is broker(agent) and we don't consider their bill. I called/emailed winston (iac) who was in contact from beginning, he never responded.
