I am rejecting this response because:
It wasn't until I signed the contract that I noticed that work wasn't done up to standardsBresch stated he did not "install any other flooring", which is falseAccording to contract, he installed living room,dining room and kitchen flooringMr*** ***,supervisor at *** County Home ImpAuth asked if all flooring needed to be removed in living/dining roomMrB replied, "No." Bresch said he could work around existing flooringHe also was paid to level, replace and repair kitchen floorUnfortunately, floors was never leveled because he asked if he could leave floor to ceiling cabinet in place(which he also put in writing)MrB was not truthful when he said, *** *** came out and took notes for beamI was present when the subcontractor informed MrB of issueThen he informed me of the aft$cost and later submitted a notice to *** Bresch also said, "moving floor vent was not in the contract" He's been in business for several yearsObviously, a contractor would submit a change order form since this is a construction barrierBut, he did notInitially, he denied breaking ceiling fan and scratching T.VBut when I showed him...he asked how much would scratches cost on a t.vBut never replaced ceiling fan or 55" HD TVBresch said kitchen flooring was "installed incorrectly" over plywoodThere was pre-existing backer board already in place, that he removed/replaced backer board.Unfortunatley, floors were still not leveledBresch also added," he worked on kitchen light as a favor for Mr*** ***What happened to submitting change order form to address intermittent problem with recessed lighting? Bresch hired a retired electrician to install light fixture in kitchen, install ceiling fan in dinningroom, install rescessed light fixture in kitchenI had already informed him of intermitten light issues previouslyBut, it was never resolvedSo, I do not know how my home passed inspection?? Bresch does not take responsibility for his actions/damagesIf indeed, work was done "satisfactory" as stated by Bresch*** would not have asked me to find a reputable contractor to fix all work done by MrJack BI have spoke to Mr*** from *** Borough and said he was unsuccessful when trying to reach MrBMeanwhile permit issues, damages done to personal property and unsatisfactory work done by Bresch has not been resolved at allI have a warranty but unfortunately Jack B has disregarded fixing any/all repairsI have asked for the Construction Agreement to be removed since he breeched the contractAnd I also want to be compensated for damages done by MrBThe *** said they will help me in any way they can to rectify this major concern

MrB did not mention all other major areas of concernTherefore, I am currently working with *** since MrB disregarded several attempts to complyThe ***/ myself now has to bring in other contractors to resolve contractor issues caused by Bresch

1-18-2016ID #***This is a response to the above compliantAl work was signed off by home owner *** ***and the *** County Improvement authorityAll work was done satisfactorily I would have not been paid by the *** if notI was the second contractor there to repair work done by the
previous contractor1] The bean that was installed was due to the previous contractorHe installed a set of french doors were abearing wall wasHe never install a header that was necessary to support the ceiling joist by code he had toI notified the *** *** *** was the case managerHe came and saw it took notes and then we installed the bean The ceiling joist were sagging at that point that is the reason the doors did not work correctlyMr *** never contacted me I have worked with Mr *** in other Townships so he would have contacted me2}I removed the kitchen floorthe floor was installed incorrectly directly over plywoodI had to install hardi-backer subfloor The only room I was doing was that room as per the *** contractThe home owner was advised there could be a slight difference since the rest of the floors were install directly over plywood There could be up to a 1/difference in floor heights4] There was no broken ceiling fan5] I did not scratch Tvthere are two perfect marks on the TV screenIf I had damaged the TV it would have been a long scratchShower doors were installed properlyA change order was submitted by *** *** case managerI did not install any flooring other than kitchen Moving the vent was not in the contract as provide by *** The ceiling fan was provide by home owner I do not warrant any home owner bought fixturesI worked on the light in kitchen as a favor to *** *** *** director at *** to see if I could help him outThe other lighting was done by a previous ContractorIf you have any questions please fell free to call meWe did work to the standards of the *** Jack BBresch Family ContractorsCC *** ***cc *** ***They area the people from The *** #***
