Very pushy salesperson who elicited my money under what I believe to be pretenses
I was phoned by a person called *** from InterContinental Vacations early morning Perth Western Australian time, so woken up out of a heavy sleep,to say I have won a trip of a lifetime and to receive this trip he needed to finish my credit card informationHe had parts of the card numbers already plus other details such as my email address, etcSo under a haze of partial sleep before I knew it I had complied with completion of card details and then so some reason agreed to begin deducted from my accountWhat I thought was AUD $for postage, etc ended up being AUD $equivalent to US $Back to sleep I went and then when I had awoken properly from my sleep I realised the amount and also that this was probably not a legal company and that I had probably been scammedI tried to contact Intercontinental Vacations on their contact site to say that my husband was not happy with thi

I am writing on behalf of my elderly mother who is too upset and sick to deal with obtaining money backMy mother was contacted about a "deal" this vacation company was havingShe is an elderly lady that is ill residing in AustraliaShe did not have any money and advised this company of this and told them she would think about itThe sales lady convinced her to give her debit card details and would contact her back on one weeks time to see if my mother wanted to purchaseThe money was instantly taken out of my mothers debit card without authorisation and the "tickets" were sent to her "Confirmation #: ICXXXXXX"
My mother has attempted to sort this through the company direct however they continue to not reply or say nothing can be doneI am requesting the money be refunded by them as it was a fraudulent transactionAt no time was any permission or authorisation given to take the moneyMy

the sales person was talking too fast i'm not a (native english speaker) I misunderstood what she meant,she said I won a package then charged me
