Review: The product did not perform as promised. The company does not answer my phone calls or messages so that I can get authorization for a return.
Review: I am considering purchasing a Resperate device. Anytime day or night that I call the number listed on their website it is busy.Desired Settlement: A valid customer service phone number to call for info. and support with device. Hours to reach a live person.
