After reading the rebuttal filed by the client J*** was sent to the property to evaluate the situationThru direct contact with the client a video file was recorded which documents Mrs *** denying access to the stone area to evaluate the said issuesJ*** had also offered that option of negotiating a term of cancellationThe client unfortunately still has the company *** M***ry working on the property that installed the stone with said issues currently along with a new M***ry company documented there daily thru time stamped photos and videos from street and arial view showing a company there disturbing the work that had been preformedAfter termination of *** M***ry we ripped out all of the pool stone around the coping and re set all new stone with precise cuts around pool perimeterIn progress of correcting remaining issues The client denies us the ability to complete the remaining workWe requested permission to use a non-biased company for structual evaluation and review but were denied access by home ownerDuring the corse of the project Mrs *** repeated numerous times that she was good friends with several contractors and our issue is seeing a biased inspector she most likely knows personally or knows thru a personal friend who is a contractor conducting the assessmentWith a new company at the property removing stone and re doing areas we will be un able to defend our position which seems was the intended purpose by the clientThe inspectors claims there are countless cracks but any stone m*** knows when installing flagstone as the mortar dries it shrinks creating a second stage of mortar work prior to sealingThere are lies and hypocrisy occuring from this client and the apparent unwilling attitude that she will not allow us to complete the contracts assignedThe real mystery is why we were denied access to take pictures to evaluate what adjustmentsbare needed while she employees the exact workers that installed the stone with said issuesOhio code prohibits poaching of contractors although the client denies they are there working we have date stamped pictures for a week showing them at the property working on the outside where the clients complaint stemsWe never denied the client to fix any issues that needed addressed and actually made a very time consuming repair around the entire pool while we were in progress of executing each of her complaints and then told to leave ger propertyThe following day *** M***ry was at the property who has a complaint filed against him in relation to this issue as a sub contractor with any negligence will be held accountable for any faultsAt this point with opposing contractors at the property now for a week we will be unable to distinguish what was doneWhat needs done, and what we did or didnt doThe client is very unre***able and has lied on several occasions, if it is found the home inspector knows the client personally and has exaggerated the report for a personal favor or benefit which we strongly believe we will be speaking with necessary channelsDue to the escelation soley by the client Generals Contracting is unable to work with client appeasing said issues and will prepare to hold client reaponsible for the breech of contract and defamation she has conjured by the erroneous accusationsIt is not kosher to critique someone in the midst of a large scale contract and especially considering any mistakes made were acknowledged and in process of being corrected and betray the trust by acting as if they were unwilling to make the corrections it is very deceitfulDue to the clients characteristics we are confident these inspectors are personally known individuals and unfortunately now due to the job site being tainted with several contractors conducting work on Generals Contracting contracts we are unable to finalize these contracts from the resistance put forth from Mrs ***

Revdex.com: I would like to reject the offer of Mediation for complaint ID ***.Regards,Lisa S*Generals Contracting

At the request of the Revdex.com on Feb 5, I am providing the 9/29/professional inspection report relating to the state of the house on the same day as the owners sent a notification to the contractor that they were in breach of contract. ***

Mrs Prescott per recorded conversation between Generals and Revdex.com is clear on our position with this erroneous complaint. the client terminated Generals while have a biased inspection performed without allowing Generals to either:correct the faults, hire an additional non affiliated inspector, or furthermore continue the work contractedThere were no communications from the ***s after termination up until filing of the complaintGenerlas completed extensive repairs on the property where after the completion on Sunday evening the clients were informed of our return on Tuesday and the client terminated us from coming back to the property. Due to calculating our time invested on the initial contract that was altered by the client and additional carpentry repair contracts Generals is owed well over 3,due to breech of contract and improper termination of a consummated agreementGenerlas has offered to meet in person to conclude an agreement for terms and was denied by the client at this point we seek to file an official suit against the ***s that will entail lost wages, legal fees, defamation due to public scrutiny from the Revdex.com claim, and potentially the remaining balance lost from unrightfully terminating a contract we had deeply invested in.The fact is Generals took the ***s home that was decayed and rotten and saved it from inevitable collapse especially in the front of the home while providing numerous services Generals was not compensated forThe clients did nit allow Generals the respect deserved or the right to have a non biased inspector evaluate the propertyThe ***s also used the time of signing as the start date knowing they signed an agreement to start the project in late spring to early summer and listed the property site at months which shows in one more instance their integrity and manipulation. Generals has compiled over pictures from start until Generals was terminated along with over messages on text and over per email all showing clearly all Generals needs to win a civil cas against the ***sGenerals is waiting for the ***s to secure a civil case against Generals and at that time we will be unleashing all we have against them as they are at fault and the ***s need held accountable for their actions violating Generals ContractingMy question to the Revdex.com is if clients are not accountable for their actions and commitment in obligated contracts what is the purpose of even having signed contracts? There needs to be in place contingencies to protect the companies just as much as consumers or everything falls apartFor without companies that take pride and depend on client integrity and commitment there is no protection for the provider against consumes who simply faulter on there obligations and walk away leaving providers stranded with a mess to clean upThere are people inside of providing organizations who depend on their employer and consumer to do as they promise or it affects everyone negativelyGenerals was at the property making great improvements and were terminatedWhy would the client say it was taking too long? Maybe because when surpassing the intial contract Generals had to conpletely rebuild the inside structure of the homeOr perhaps the client added significant changes to the existing contract by adding over sq ft of additional stone install to the contract? Perhaps while we are working sneakily having an inspector look at the property without including the hired contractors then firing us witjout the ability to fix any alleged mistakes? Generals was not even able to verify any mistake due to the clientstresspassing Generals from the property Generals had been working on saving the home and home owners for over monthsThis is a disgrace and if the ***s do not drop this erroneous complaint Generals will be waiting to strike with ferocity as soon as we see there is a civil suit filed our counter will be immense. please see attached text message where Mr *** even agrees there is a discrepancy about the whole reason he fired GeneralsWe have an amazing amount of evidence supporting Generals Contracting

Concerns from Generals towards ***s due to clients demands specific pretenses and refundsThese num*** responses are in direct response to clients posting.1.) no resolution was made or attempted by home owner prior to Revdex.com complaint In fact Generals offered to remedy any issues but were terminated from continuing job as shown in documented text communication2.) Generals is not comfortable with sending agreement terms to the ***s prior tas all communication Mr *** has attempted to use as leverage to create manipulation version of the truth and is one sided 3.) a preview agreement would be presented to agree to at the time of meeting and paperwork would not be released unless signedGenerals feels confident the home owner wants a copy of the agreement to take to legal coucil as it would construe an acceptance of responsibility for the complaint that Generals does not agree with.4.) Generals did propose an optional term to meet and discuss closureThe clients seem to feel as if thet are not in violation of terms on contract and only their rulings are the only remedyThee clients are more and more unreasonable in this matter. communication1.) clients complaint state that work was continuing for months after signing which in fact is a decietful statement as the contract was signed in early winter with a signed agreement with clients to start the work late spring early summer Thisbis documented2.) clients claim long periods of work but fail to mention the significant amount of work added to the home repaire with all OSB and structurap Framing repair on the hime.the unforseen intwrnal damage needed addressed and added extension timing onto contractFurthermore the clients have failed to produce any validity to what work was not done properly3.) the client page assesment was a premature and also indicated a huge list of work that was to be addressed during the production of the homes contractsA Generals associate met personally with the client and showed all steps needed to concure with clients assesement that would be completed during the contractHe client we feel was not understanding the fact we had hois home down to the point where you could tap on the back side of the clients interior drywall and that to put everything back was a very detailed job and it would take some tile to complete the jobThe clients hole is approx sq ft therefore that reflects the amount of time and work vested to complete this task.44.) Generals never received a demand for any return until Revdex.com complaint was filed Breech1.) failure to complete work would have been a non-issue if Generals did not have to rebuild the clients complete internal framing on the entire home2) the fact the client says substandard performance needs to be referencedGenerals rebuilt this clients entire internal Structural framing, demo of all old including outer layer of home and OSB, all windows pulled and flashed, all doors, customarch work, custom jkeystone work, along with fabricating the raw materials on our ownSo stating substandard performance is a very unfair and unsupported statement3.) specific on famaged by contractor? Are the clients referreing to the window pane cracked in the rear of the hole? As this window was years old with rotten sashes and sills also infested wit termites so is this te damage?5.) generals never received a contact from the ***s in november text photos will show no communication sent along with ATT transcripts to validate the photosDue to weather and timing of ***s terminating Generals we anticipated communication mid winter to hopefully set up a solution to the unrighful termination of our contract but were confronted with a Revdex.com complaint settlement summary1.) contrat front window was not damaged by generals as pictures were taken before work ever started will show the window broken with a date at the top of photoGenerals was never contracted to do electrical nor did Generals ever work on the clients electricalAll headers were installes correctly on the home structural framing when pulled out and replaced by Generals 2.) rear window was damaged with a new cost of the window is approx years old and the age and condition should reflevt the amount prorated towards the new windowThe sash was rotten and the window has termite damage but the clients expect us to purchase a brand new window for one pane being cracked. -all work in *** conpleted and client terminated Generals before we could resume work on initial contract which would entail some work expressed in being unfinished 3.) contract *** client does not specify work that was needed removed we are to assume it is the black barrier the client so strongly encouraged use of as the vapor barrier with no need for TyvekThe client provided and insisted Generals install as the high end vapor barrierGenerala offered to remove all black backing and re do whole fromt of home for 5,and the client said that him and his daughter were removibg it as shown in textThe emails and texts sent will clearly ahow the clients position using just the black backer barrier without TyvekGenerals is currently owed 3,for additional work completed on contract *** past the 1/marker custom keystone work, custom arch building along with fabricating the keystone archesAll trim removed oInside of home as well was very tedious and the placement of the black backer up and taking down daily while working on the framing of the home as removing and placing up was 3.5-hours daily for weeks while the homes framing was worked on clients are also using materials as a loss cost associated where clients signed to be responsible for all materials on contractThe deposit of the contract was surpased by 3,due to GeneralsDue to the clients terminating contract unjustly preventing Generals from finishing the contract4.) if a conclusion is not made within one week a formal lien will be placed on clients home alomg with a suit for the remaining balance on contract ***5.) Generals intends to escelate this into civil court if clients continue with their unreasonable expectations on what they feel they deserve and Generals will present their case to the Court of LawGenerals is nlt responsible for the front broken window along with changes that could hav ebeen made during work production if the home owner contracted another company showing faults in work these have yet to be presented The rear window an object Generala did crack is a rotten sash/frame with a infestation of termites on the window show a prorated amount towards new window replacementthe fact the clients are valuating and manipulating communication and costs shows their intent to remedy this fairly and Generals will not tolerate being taken advantage of in any mannerMr *** expressed his wishes that we followed and in the end wants to use this against us and we will not stand for this treatement Mr *** has until 2-1-by 5pm to agree to meeting in person to reveiew a possible solution to this between the two parties if he denies or does not communicate there will be civil litigation filed against him for the full amount owed on contracts unpaidGenerals is willing to meet Mr *** by the Kenwood mall before 2-3-we need Mr *** to specify a time and dateIf this meeting location less then miles from his home is not satisfactory we feel it is time to escelate this situation to County Civil court if there is not a mutual respect to find an agreementThis erroneous claim can affect Generals in a negative manner and we intend to fight for what is just in this case if Mr *** continues to be defiant as he is in violation of his responsibilities with the contract he commited toJust as the contractor is responsible for production and providing a client the service they are paying for also the consumer is obligated to allow the fulfillement of that serviceWe dedicated months woeking on this house many time past dark and on the weekends trying to repair and complete thia property and after all the wood rot was completed the client discarded us and terminated us from our original contract to do the stone and stucco pn the homeGenerals could have completed this project in more weeks by terminating us this affected a lot of families for the hlidays and created many tensions from those that invested in this job and were cut short for no reasonthere has been pictures provided to the Revdex.com to show what we did and all communication will also be sent over for review to show many things this client is saying is sinply not true and we have tge evidence to prove it all here and in court

Mrs *** at *** *** *** ** in *** *** ohio contracted us for restoration services. To reply to all her complaints1) We have pulled transcripts in relation to her suggesting we do not contact back and have over 1,documented conversations all within hours and many
numerous times a day 2) The client hired Generals and during the contract added an entire driveway/walkway replacement, a whole upper level patio completly covered in stone, drainage work, a new chimney from the crown upAll of these tasks including the yards of concrete of course added substabtial time to the contractsThe client was relentless on daily criticism and the inability to understand the magnitude of the work being performed along with consistent days weather prohibited workDue to many areas being demolished to the dirt any rain created a very bad scenerio with mud on the clients property 3.) clearly stated in the contract there would be unavoidable yard damage but we were willing to correct at the end by grading, seed, strawDamage to landscaping was unseen, *** *** and *** damaged the sprinkler system at the property and we were even willing to fix another companies damage to keep our client happyDuring the stone work a fence portion was removed for access to the rear with heavy equipment and permission was asked of tge client before removal with permission grantedThe client abruptly stopped progress from completion with verbally denying us access to the property to complete the contract threatening lawyer and civil action 4) The client expressed our unwillingness to correct issues while we literally tore out the entire perimeter of the pool stone to make more accurate cuts and a cleaner look around the poolA crew was at the property used a Shop Vac to get debris out of the yard and all issues the client had concerns over were being addressedA close personal friend was murdered on 8-15-and I was not present due to bereavement as he was shot times in front of his children and the client made a very insensitive remark " im sorry but you have a job to do" while I was not present work was being conducted and the job site was being perfectedThe client supposedly had brought in engineers and specialists to critic the work which is fine but the job was not completed and the stone was not sealedI there were errors we would have corrected themThe whole pool decking was not altered in any manner other then adding a surface stone veneer to to the top and yet we are being blamed for drainage issuesEven the rear portion of the landscaping was tiered higher jjst as we have it currently other then te surface is stone not loose rock and mulchWe did adequate drainage alone the fence line, behind the wall to relieve hydrostatic pressure and downspout that goes under the new concrete to a valley area in the yardAll slight stone adjustments could have been corrected at any time before sealer was appliedThe clients fencing is original to the home approx years old and we are being blamed for cracks and imperfections in the fencingEven the fencing was something we were prepared to replace even though the fence is well over years old with many apparent existing flawsThe client has now hired our sub contractors to finish the contract, the same sub contractors we replaced due to errors made during work progress. Pictures will be provided to show the extent of all work provided to this client many substantial additions were made to each contract adding significant time to execute each contract we are willing to evaluate the job and make any readonable needed changes to the property to satisfy the client but we need cooperation and access to do soWe will never leave a client abandoned but we must respect the wishes of clients and she made is clear she did not want us to complete the work we had been performing for over months

Everything Mrs *** says to the Revdex.com is completely contradictory to what she tells us in person or on text/phone communication. The evident lie that we refused to address issues is disturbing, her admission to using *** M***ry is shocking and we refuse to let her manipulation taint our reputationWe were actively concluding the contracts when Mrs*** abruptly terminated our right to completeThe client has on her own discretion brought in additional contractors to perform tasks Generals Contracting was contracted to completeAny attempt for a inspector of our own or Engineer of our own to evaluate was denied along with the simple courtesy of walking the work site to take pictures so Generals can determine needed stepsAt this point with other M***ry companies working on the property we are unable to legitimately determine whos work is whos nowWe find it odd the client keeps reiterating "since june" constantly but refuses to embrace the substantial amount of work that was added to every contract to give just re***ing why the contract has extended an appropriate amountThe client tends to seem submissive and a victim on Revdex.com correspondence but is completely the aggressor in this situation in person otherwiseWe were humbly addressing all issues with crew members at the property daily doing needed clean up and tasks to conclude all contracts without hesitation or dispute, this complaint and mess made is all created by the client as Generals was completely submissive to do what was needed in satisfying Mrs *** At this point with the client on her own path hiring and distributing our contract she has made a choice to disrupt our agreement and terminate bondGenerals Contracting is unwilling to pay the expenses Mrs *** has expended to hire competitive companies while breeching our contractsWe can come to the property to see what all work has not been disrupted by another company and decide what needs done in that area but are not accepting the bill or costs occured by the client hiring someone to do the job we were doingWe are willing to evaluate any of her complaints that have not been repaired/worked onIf the client would want Generals Contracting to finish any work not disturbed we expect the final payment amount of 2,to be rendered when completed minus the cost we could have replaced repaired work thru Generals -sprinklers ( although snyder damaged )- chimney- fencing ( although the fencing repair far exceeded any damaged from Generals) photos show 2-dozen fencing slats being replaced as Generals only had section removed for machinery entry to the rear of the property we are willing to appease this situation within re*** but there will need to be contingencies put in place to move forward on any work at Mrs ***s

Mr*** claims to be in breech of contract although our communication with the client clearly shows Generals telling Mr *** that starting Tuesday we would begin the removal and adjustments for satisfaction.During a large scale complete salvage of a compromised home there is to be expected minor changes. Also the disturbing part is the timeline that client had a evaluation done in conflict with Generals conducting its due diligence on the contract without being included in order to cooperate with any needed needsThe breech of contract is clearly Mr*** extinguishing our consummated contracts after complete repair of his whole homes internal structure along with expected tasks affiliated with injtial contractAnother very deceitful position is that there was only one inspection done without a official non biased company to conduct the inspectionIt is a golden rule that there should have been inspection, one fromClient one from contractor and a non biased independantWe have no way of establishing if Mr *** personally knows this inspector this was not done by the city of Amberly and on numerous occasions Mr *** spoke of his connections to builders and related industry professionalsIt seems that Mr and Mrs *** have a pattern of getting contractors to conduct work and fire them during work production without proper mutual critique when and if neededGenerals more then demonstated its commitment to completing Mr and Mrs ***s property and were more then willing to compromise on what was neededEven during these accusations Mr *** only feels his way is the right way without any compromise we fear at this point a full civil suit is inevitableGenerals is prepared to proceed with civil protocol but are waiting to either hear a compromise of submission and accountability on the ***s behalf where negotiations can initiate and circumvent civil litigation or file a counter suit which will entail our accounted hours of labor all documentation and transcripts and all legal fees that will reach over 20,It seems in the ***s best interest to embrace their part in the demise of this bound agreement as it is essentially a partnership of integrity and trust we strongly feel the ***s have betrayed Hopefully this can still be resolved before an official escalation occurs.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].Homeowners reject closure of this complaint.? The complaint has not been addressedFurthermore, contractor and homeowner have not come to agreement on terms to negotiate a solution.? ? In the contractor’s original response to the Revdex.com complaint on 1/9/18, an offer to mediate on mutually agreeable terms for a refund was made by Generals.? Homeowners agreed and provided requested feedback on date options in a day window requested by contractor.? Homeowners also proposed terms for meeting including Revdex.com mediation support, proposed settlement offers at least hrs ahead from each party, and ability to recess for consultation as required.? Contractor rejected terms including Revdex.com mediation and indicated no longer available for prior range of dates and provided a new day window.? Homeowners responded again with date availability.? Contractor texted homeowners indicating face to face discussion at public location with NO Revdex.com mediation, proposal provided AT meeting and agreement for signature to be provided by contractor at meeting.? Homeowners are unable to accept terms for the following reasons:(1) Indication initially made by contractor for mediation were retracted in contractor’s 1/18/reply.? Then contractor re-proposed meditation later in the 1/18/reply.? Homeowners have made multiple prior attempts for resolution prior to Revdex.com complaint (separately summarized below), all which failed due to contractor’s non-response.? ? Therefore, Homeowners feel that mediation or arbitration is required to reach a solution.(2) ? Expectation of convening a negotiation without a settlement proposals prior to negotiation is considered un-businesslike and is not acceptable to the homeowners for conducting a credible negotiation relating to contracts of this size.(3) Expectation of signing an agreement, drafted by contractor, at the end of the negotiation session where it has not been subject to legal review by the homeowners is also not an acceptable risk to the homeowners.(4) On multiple occasions, Contractor has ignored homeowner proposed terms and furthermore has proposed terms in direct conflict with prior homeowner proposals regarding meeting to negotiate a solution.? Diverging rather than converging positions of the parties in this case indicates mediation or arbitration being required to reach a potential solution. As noted above, prior to filing a Revdex.com complaint, homeowners took the following steps to attempt to address issues related to contracted work (under related contracts) but were unsuccessful with each attempt.1) On multiple occasions, typically by text message, since signing of initial contract on 10/30/homeowners communicated issues with schedule of work, complete absence of contractors on the work site for long periods of time, and incomplete or incorrect work product.? This included communications on 3/21/17, 7/17/17, and 8/3/17.? Issues continued and were not resolved.2) Homeowners discussed schedule issues in detail by teleconference with Jason at Generals on 8/8/and indicated that work needs to be completed and homeowners expect that a full time work crew would be on site no later than 8/and continue until job completedThis also did not occur.3) On 9/21/Homeowners provided a 30+ page detailed written assessment of status of contracted work, work product deficiencies, damage by contractor, and uncompleted work and further supplemented this with additional communication regarding work that was not performed to relevant code.? Homeowners arranged an in-person meeting (agreed to by Generals) for 9/27/to discuss remedying the issues.? Generals prime contractor was a no-show.? Therefore no remedy could be discussed.4) On 9/homeowners indicated that a refund would be the best course of action and requested Generals proposal for refund amount by 9/29.? No response was provided by Generals.? Homeowners provided notification that Generals is in breach of contract on 9/29/17.? Breach notification indicated breach due to (1) failure to complete work in contract period, (2) substandard performance, and (3) failure to remedy damage by contractor.5) Counsel for homeowners attempted to contact Generals in mid-November to discuss remedy to issues.? Generals was non-responsive after which homeowners filed Revdex.com complaint on 12/29/17.Homeowners continue to be interested in settling this complaint through the Revdex.com process and request Revdex.com Staff support for conciliation, mediation, and arbitration as required to reach resolution.? In the interest of proceeding forward, the homeowners are restating requested negotiation terms and are providing a brief summary settlement proposal.? ? Negotiation terms proposed:1) Mediation support for negotiation through Revdex.com arranged mediator2) Initial Settlement proposal provided in writing/email at least hrs (business day) ahead of meeting from each party3) Allowance for brief recesses during negotiation as required for discussion, clarification, and consultation as required.Homeowner settlement proposal summary1) Amend contract #[redacted] from $14,to $14,total cost to compensate for front widow damage, incomplete electrical reinstallation, and repair of improper header installation.? Process refund to homeowners of $in excess paid (paid in full previously) based on revised cost.2) Amend contract # [redacted] from $13,to $12,total cost to compensate for rear window damage and lack of completion of contracted work.? Process refund to homeowners of $1,in excess paid (paid in full previously) based on revised cost.3) Amend contract#[redacted] from $49,to $4,total cost to compensate for work not completed, indicate additional homeowner cost incurred of $10,as cost of removal of work product found to not be to code, cost of homeowner provided materials which were scrapped due to code non-compliance, and cost of materials contractor was obligated to provide but either did not provide or had to be provided by homeowner during work.? Process refund to homeowners of $32,relating to excess paid ($27,paid to date) plus additional costs incurred of $10,215.4) Three above refunds to be paid in weeks by cashier’s check.5) Homeowners to indicate complaint resolved to Revdex.com after receipt and verification of deposit of full refund amounts.? Regards,

Regards,
[redacted]? I read and am aghast at? the response(s) from the contractor's representativeWhile this contractor has continued to attack my veracity I have refrained from stooping to this levelI have tried to stick to the issues and have tried not to impune the integrity or character of the individual company representativesHowever, I cannot say the same for Generals representative relative to their comments and innuendos about meI will state here for the record that I do not have any relationship with, nor did I previously know, the home inspector that provided the independent third party report previously attached to this complaintFeel free to validate that with the inspector directlyAs to my last interaction with this company: J[redacted] from Generals arrived unannounced at 7:at night at my home one evening last weekHe asked to take picturesI told him that several of the issues that were in dispute i.ethe cracked sidewalk, damaged fence, broken sprinkler heads and cracked chimney cap had already been repaired thus taking pictures at this time would show nothingAll of the issues except the cracked chimney cap were shown in the pictures attached as part of the home inspector report which they have had access to for some timePictures of all these issues were also sent to J[redacted] attached to text messages prior to terminating their contractI offered to walk through the report with J[redacted] on several occasions but he never came to the house to review and continued to say that there were no issues. The cracks in the mortar are in the process of being repaired by a contractor that has not worked with Generals even though my attorney has informed me that whom I choose to hire is my businessI have several other projects in process on my property both inside and out that have nothing to do with the work that was to have been performed by Generals.? The stonework has been disrupted in places because I have contracted with a structural engineer to provide a report on the issues with the install so that I can try to have the problems fixedAt the time J[redacted] was there I told him the engineer had asked to have some of the stone removed so he could see the [redacted] Generals had installed at the base of the fenceHe also wanted to see where the underground drain lines were locatedI am waiting now for the report from the engineer and will gladly upload it to this site in it's entirety when receivedHe told me (verbally) that there are many code violations with the installation as well as the considerable drainage issue previously outlinedIf there is a good faith effort on the part of the contractor to resolve this and make me whole for my expenses for supplies, material and labor I am willing to entertain their offerI could not wait any longer to rectify the problems as there are many things that must be repaired prior to closing the pool (that has been sitting empty since early June) for the se[redacted] and before the weather turns coldI have provided Generals with picturesThey have access to the inspection report with almost picturesI have assured them they will have a copy of the structural engineers report as soon as I receive itI have given them the name of the construction attorney who has been advising meThe ball is in their court
