Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] It is insufficient for Interexchange to simply refer to the contract That contract is incongruent with the advertisements on its website, in particular, "Custom matching: We have you review only candidates who would be a good fit for your family based on your specific qualification" Our family should never have been allowed to interview with, let alone match with, an au pair who was not allowed to legally drive in our state of residence It was clearly one of the criteria that we provided to Interexchange as necessary in a care provider In fact, one of the reasons we had to let the previous au pair go is that she did not take the time to get her driver's license in Virginia In addition, the solutions Interexchange suggested to remedy their mistake of matching us with an inappropriate au pair were illegal; including falsifying residency in New York and putting my family at financial risk by having the au pair drive illegally (without a valid license) in VirginiaTo remedy this situation, at a minimum, I would like my entire remaining program fee refunded, not just a portion Interexchange only refunds $out of every $142/week that I paid So for the remaining weeks, Interexchage owes me $ For the suffering caused to my children for having bonded with a care giver and losing her and all the disruptions to our household, I would like the program fees refunded for the weeks that the au pair that should not have been ever matched with our family was with us x $= $ For a total of $ In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
