The address you mentioned is corresponding with our invoice (attached), however the company name is differentHe also changed his name from [redacted] to [redacted] in the advertisement at [redacted] When I sent my payment check he advised me to use the new address: Interfashion (Brao LLC) [redacted] ***, as he had rented out the old place.I could only reach him under the telephone [redacted] you submitted which seem to be his cell phone.You will find the condo at [redacted] under "two bed condo at Fontainebleau Resort $x nt".Our review at [redacted] dated days after departure described the situation and refers to an earlier review of Octoberbecause the apartment was still in the same condition and the owner had also forgotten to announce us at the hotel which can be confirmed by the receptionist at owner service, [redacted] at the [redacted] Miami Beach which finally checked us in, in the evening after hours of waiting(hotel confirmation attached).On our complain after days of arrival at the condo he never reacted(copy attached).Now he is turning the whole situation in his "management response" at Trip Advisor dated Februaryto the contrary to underline his refusal to pay the deposit back.We left the apartment in the same condition we found itWe are a couple from Europe age + and do not damage hotel rooms for over thousand dollar value and run.The attachments will be send in a separate mail because in this form it will not work.Thanks and best regards [redacted]

Review: I have rented from [redacted] (changed his Name to [redacted] at the Tripadviser Website) his apartement for 10 days from january ** to **/2015, in Miami Beach at the [redacted], unit [redacted].The contract/invoice with him says, a demage/reservation Deposit of $ 500 is required, which is fully refundable within 5 days of departure. Up to now, march */2015, he has not repaid the deposit. My various complaints were not answered.Desired Settlement: Payment on my account with suntrust bank.
