Review: I contacted WeCare Tax Service on or about March 2013 regarding my 2010 taxes and my father 2012 taxes. I submitted all documents to WeCare and called many times to follow up and no-one would answer the phone or if I got someone they would have someone call me back which never happend. This went on for months. I finally spoke with a [redacted] and he emailed me a copy of my father's return with a invoice after I was told it would cost $100.00. the invoice is $398.00. Very important information is incorrect on his forms and I cannot get anyone to help me. I have contacted IRS and Louisiana State to hangle this matter. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever delt with in my life. I am concern for other people using this company and they cannot even data input correct information and will not communicate with you at all. And my ([redacted]) 2010 amendment, cannot speak with anyone to see if it was done. I was told so many lies like its pending, and they can't check on it. It's really rediculous that I have to correct all their mistakes and file my own amendment. This has been nothing but a nightmare and I hope they are reprimanded for all their frustration they have caused myself and others.Thanks[redacted]Desired Settlement: Would like all my papers returned to me.

Customer is welcome to pick up her tax information. We do not start on any tax returns or amendements unless the customer signs a consent form to start on file in person not over the phone or by fax. Customer can can email a day when she would like to pick up her tax papers. BY EMAILING [redacted].com. Tax office close april 15, 2013 she would have to make an appointment or we can mail her documents.

Review: On or about Jan 23, 2015 I had IMS file my taxes for me at that time they said they didn't have the paper work the complete my state Taxes and they they would do so when they received the needed forms. That been three months ago and when I checked with LDR they told me that nothing had been filed yet. I have made several attempts to contact them and no one is at the business and they won't return my calls. I would appreciate anything you can do to help me resolve this issue as the charged me $500. For there services and the tax deadline is drawing nearDesired Settlement: I would like for them to let me know what's going on and why they haven't filed our State taxesASAP

Review: I chose IMS to reconstruct my home after Hurricane Isaac. Mr. [redacted], owner, betrayed my trust and was very dishonest and disrespectful in the process. IMS started repairs on my home in September 2012. In May 2013, my house was not completed and he quit the job. Left repairs incompleted and I have to get another contractor to complete my home. He stated to me the reason he quit my repairs to be he did think I was gonna pay him once repairs was completed. He also stated to me that he had lost out on money from other customers and his funds was depleted and he didn't have the money to pay anyone to help with completing the job. I reassured him one than once the repairs was completed. I had already paid him approx. 90% of the contract agreement amount. Mr. [redacted] caused me much stress, disappointment throughout this process. There was very poor communication between us. He would not answer his phone most of the time when I called him. I had to communicate with him through text messages, he mostly replied when I would send him a message when I was anger that he wasn't to my phone call. I am so stressed out that I try not to think about him but that doesn't help the fact that I have to come up with more money for other contractors to completed the work the he was paid to complete. I have been out of my house since August 2012 due to Hurricane Isaac, this is July 2013 and I am still not living there because it is not fit to live in.Desired Settlement: IMS should refund me $8,000 plus $4,900 that I had to pay another contractor to completed his work. That amount still doesn't not include amount that I have to pay for material to complete my house.

Review: Hired to redo my house after it flooded from a pipe,in May 2013 contract dates back to June/July 2013. as of today, August 6th my house is still not done.. Still not complete Has been fully paid in full since October 2013. Tried to hire some people to come and try and finish but they did more damage then help, and everything they did needs to be redone. Along with putting holes in the wall, and damaging a brand new leather sofa but putting paint on it, they made a complete mess..I have pictures of everything. I have received excuse after excuse but still no results. This is very frustrating to look around and still see my house not completed after a year. I cant say how many calls I have placed.. or texts plus I wrote two letter, Feb 26th& May 16th. still no results. Never was consistant, half finished everything, I still don't have wall plates or socket covers..fixtures not to the ground.. materials still all over in the house like he was coming back the next day to finish up.. still sitting there..Very disappointing and nerve wrecking to still be dealing with something that should have been done. There is no communication, don't answer phone calls or texts unless you angry or sending a threat then its a fake concern and effort. Sad I had to even write a letter to begin with. Sadder that I have to be making a formal complaint but I will do what I have to do because enough is enough and its not fair!Very stressful!!! Because the last check has been cashed since last year and my house is still not done!!! I can go on and on. I have pictures and copies of the letters that was sent out.Desired Settlement: I still have floors to be done, rooms to be re-painted, holes repaired wires hanging, fixtures & doors that was not brought..Sofa that needs to be replaced due to workers spilling paint on the back of it.I need my last payment back $6,000
