Review: I placed an order for a case of cold food paper cups via their website. I received an order confirmation on 4/11/14 but have not received delivery yet. I have called their company numerous times and always get sent to someone's voicemail. I have left many voice messages as well as emails with no response from them.Desired Settlement: I would like my credit card credited for the entire amount of $71.77

Review: On March 8th 2013 we placed an order with Intergreen Distributors for the following;

50 cases of custom printed cups $2,900

25 cases of green spoons $500

25 cases of purple spoons $500

A deposit of $1,900 was paid via check upon ordering with the assurance of a 10-12 week delivery time.

8th August 2013 (21weeks later) after multiple unreturned emails and phone calls we finally received a delivery of 50 cases of cups, the spoons were not with the order. Please note....the balance of the invoice was paid in full ($3,900) before they would release the shipment.

After many more attempts to contact the company we finally were able to speak to [redacted] who informed us that we had to pay an additional $496 shipping for the spoons. We have copies of the original invoice that does not reflect this additional charge.

We requested that they cancel the spoon order and refund our pre-paid credit amount of $1,000. [redacted] assured us that he would confirm our request via email but we received nothing.

Once again, our phone calls are not being returned and it is 8 months since this ordeal began.

We have retained copies of all invoices, checks & emails pertaining to this matter.

We requested that the order be cancelled and our creditDesired Settlement: We would like a refund via check for the amount of $1000.

Review: I received products from Intergreen Distributors that were not the products ordered. Although multiple attemps were made over phone, email and messages, the company has refused to resolve the issue. Attemps made: 1. Verbal phone call to [redacted] by my partner the day after receipt of wrong products on 11/19/13 at ###-###-####. [redacted] verbally agreed to call [redacted] manufacturing company to send correct order; 2. Verbal phone conversation by me with [redacted] in first week of December/2013 - [redacted] verbally agreed to send correct products and remove wrong product by one week; 3. Two messages left by my partner to [redacted] (same phone number)-third call attempt [redacted] picked up then hung up immediately. As of January/2014 the above number for [redacted] is disconnected. No responses made by Intergreen Distributors at all. 4. Representative at [redacted] manufacturing, the company that manufactures the products we ordered from Intergereen Distributors, stated on 01/21/14 that the products we ordered are not Biodegradable and Green products as verbally told to us by [redacted] and his staff upon ordering and as advertised by Intergreen Distributors' online catalogue.Desired Settlement: Delivery of correct order at least one week prior to the opening of my store or full refund- which includes: no charge for: 1. shipping/handling of correct and incorrect order, 2. restocking fees, 3. taxes, 4 delivery, 5. tailgate, 6. or any other fees attempted to be charged.

An apology for unprofessional and rude business behavior. Removal of all fraudulant claims represented in all their advertising.

Review: A payment of $1,512.06 was made on May 21, 2013 as a deposit on an order for custom yogurt cups. A 10-12 week delivery time was quoted by customer service rep. [redacted]. As of today, November 4, 2013, the cups have not been received. We have made numerous attempts to get an update on our delivery but never get a straight answer.Desired Settlement: Since it has now been almost 6 months since the initial order placement and there is not delivery date in site, we would like a full refund of $1,512.06 immediately

Thank you for your letter of November 5, 2013, which formalized the complaint from one of our customers, [redacted].

I would like to apologize to [redacted] for the delay in fulfilling their order and for not providing better status updates. [redacted]'s order has arrived in the US from our manufacturing facility in China and will be shipped to their designated address once we receive final payment. There were a number of unfortunate delays, including the government shutdown, which dramatically reduced the flow of goods into the US. Despite the delays, we should have done a better job communicating the status.

I am pleased to report that on November 13, 2013,1 had a conversation with the owner and we resolved what should be the last remaining issue (which involved clarifying the ship to address], clearing a path for them to pay and for Intergreen to fulfill the order.
