Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10668847, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.My comments are in red below I apologize for not responding sooner as I just received your response[redacted] Per our phone conversation I have investigated the complaint regarding [redacted] L [redacted] in MayfieldThis first part of the complaint stated that a deposit for $was request to be returned which was on 6/9/ If she has yet to receive it please let me know According to [redacted] L [redacted] , the $has not been refunded I would suggest verifying this with her at 440- [redacted] since she would be the one to receive it.The second, was that our nurse did not return calls It was identified the nurse did receive calls after she returned from a Workers Compinjury that occurred the day of the calls The calls went to her work phone and when she returned to work she realized she had calls She stated she did not call back because the client cancelled our service and at that point she felt she did not need to I have put in place that all calls and cell phone for nurses when they are off are to go to the covering nurses [redacted] cancelled the service because nobody showed up for the service she paid for, and nobody called [redacted] had to call Interim to find out where the aide was, but all she got was, "We're sorry." At that point, [redacted] cancelled the service and asked for her money back.The final complaint was that our HHA did not show up for services This is correct our home health did call off and we were unable to replace her When the scheduler called to explain the client refused any other services from our agencyThis is simply not accurate Please see above comment as nobody called to explain.At this point I have tried to contact the sister [redacted] but have not been able to make contact This is a lieThere are no messages on either my cell phone or home phone When the recorded message comes on, I clearly state my name and number that was reached, so if the person was listening, would know if he/she misdialed Again, there were no calls or messages even though I called twice and left messages along with my phone number Regards, [redacted] Jun (days ago)to me I have responded to the response, but also wanted you to know that the phone number of the person who responded, Marilyn Williams, is incorrect, so there is no way to contact her by phone She wrote: 330-8536- I would appreciate having an accurate phone number[redacted]
