Review: I received a call from the owner [redacted], who left the following message on my voice mail:"Hello, we had once provided service for your mother (true). . .I just wanted to make you aware of her emergency response system which seems to go off frequently (NOT TRUE). .. she may be in need of additional care. . ." I then checked with the retirement community where my mother resides. . .there have been NO issues with her emergency response system, and if there had been, I would have been notified. I am shocked at this kind of deceptive practice aimed at adult children of aging parentsDesired Settlement: If the owner of the business is engaging in deceptive practices like this, he needs to step out of this business

This complaint was initiated by mistake. The owner spoke with the complainer the next day, explained the reason for the phone call, and the complaint initiator was going to retract the complaint with the Revdex.com. Apparently this retraction never occurred. The matter is closed.
